I didn't know what to do.
They were going to destroy my home.
How would I live.
My family's remains would be gone. Eywa would be gone.
I remained invisible to hear what they were saying.
"Go gather your team now! We're burning this place to the ground." The commander said.
I tried to hold back the twenty percent of energy I had left.
I was starting to get really annoyed with myself for losing control.
My father taught me better. To never let them see all of your strengths. Then they would know all of your tricks.
"I thought we came here to learn of their ways, not to kill them." Michael said to him.
He sounded a little disappointed.
It was almost like he cared.
I really wanted to throw hands with this Commander for making him feel this way.
"We didn't come here for them, and us to be friends! We came here for their land."
Well, we wouldn't want to be friends with you anyway if you'd ask.
Who does this moron thinks he is.
Mister high and mighty thinks that he's so powerful just because he has an advanced machine that can kill us.
He might be able to penetrate the flesh but he cannot hurt my spirit.
I picked up a small boulder with my energy and threw it at his back making him stumble on the ground.
He got up and quickly dusted himself off.
He pointed at his team behind him.
WHO THREW THAT?!" He yelled.
They all shook their heads trying to contain their laughter.
"All right, if you don't want to answer me. I'll just take my anger out on this disgusting planet." He declared
"You." He pointed at Michael. "Go Hassle up a team." He commanded
"This place will have hell to pay." He said as he looked around in disgust.
Michael looked hesitant causing the commander to jerk and grab at his vest. Pulling him closer to his face.
"Didn't you hear what I say boy" he said, an accent peaking through his voice.
"No he didn't" Darien rushed in hastely
The commander looked at Darien. "Did I ask you"
"No commander. It's just that sometimes he has some trouble hearing." Darien spoke softly but firmly.
"I thought so, because it sure looked like you were being disobedient." He pulled his face closer.
"I sure wouldn't want to ruin such a pretty face" The commander slapped the side of Michael's face as he pushed him ruffly away.
