"Left? What do you mean by left?" Avyansh asked panicking. His heart was racing at the speed of light. Her leaving him was quite unsettling while the reason was still unknown to him.
Offcourse he knew that he had started caring about her, alot. But was that enough to explain the pain he felt in his heart at the moment?
"Left as in she went to her hometown. Her grandma called and said Sriniddhi and Pranidhi are back. She was so anxious but relaxed at the thought that you would be accompanying her. But you had to ruin everything." Guilt creeped up his bones weighing heavy on his heart as he processed her words.
"She went there alone?" He asked worried.
"No......Veer took Siya and Aryaa. And also he was the one who have called you from Siya's phone to ask you about same and cheer her up. Kya kar rahe hai aap Avyansh. Hame laga sab theek ho gaya, phir ye?"
"Haam jante hain maa....galti hamari hin hai. Ham apna gussa control hin nahi kar pate but obviously thats not an excuse for the way I treated her. But I promise, haam apki bahu ko maana ke wapas le ayenge aur ye bhi wada karte hai ki apne gusse ko kabhi unse aage nahi rakhenge."
Aishwarya smiled, satisfied with his promise then made him have his dinner.
*********
"Veer......can I drive?" Siya who had been quite all along the journey, uttered for the first time.
They were only 2 hours away from her village and she remembered the route from here so to take out her frustration she wanted to drive.
"Ofcourse Bhabhi....." Veer said as he parked he car on the roadside and came out.
Siya settled down and connected her phone to the car's Bluetooth.
"Plug in your earphones and sleep." She said.Veer looked at her confused. "Do as she says." Aryaa said as she did the same.
After making sure both of them are fast asleep, Siya increased the volume of the song playing, speed up her car, rolled the windows down and sung her lungs out.
"Ab to.....mujhe ghante farak nhi padta hai.
Kyuki ho gaya hai pyar mujhe ab khud hin se,
Mujhe jana nhi ab uss bekhudi me,
Aur haan, ye pyar wyaar bas ka na."*******
The next day, sun rested directly above the horizon as Avyansh reached Siya's village. He would have left a day before if not for his mother to stop him.
But right now he was stuck.
He knew her village but the villagers didn't knew him. The biggest problem was he didn't understand their language.
"Arre bhai sahab rauya ke kene jaike ba?"
asked the villager who was standing in the front. He looked like the head.
(Brother! Where do you want to go?)"Please hindi me boliye na." Avyansh requested but they were too busy discussing the situation among themselves that they didn't notice.
"Kahin e Kauno fraud ta naikhe?" One of the men suspected him. (Maybe he is some sort of fraud.)
But before the villagers could conclude anything, a voice interrupted their conversation. A voice that Avyansh had been yearning to hear from the last few years.
"Ka bhayil kaka?" (What happened uncle?)
There stood his wife, looking so heavenly in a simple blue chiffon long skirt and blouse paired up with contrast baby pink dupatta and no makeup. Just a small black bindi decorating her face.
