Madhav quickly snatched the phone from his sister's hand.
Madhav: Sanjay! Please don't leave Armaan, be there with him. I'll come there.
Sanjay: Don't worry I'm not going anywhere leaving him. Also Doctor adviced him not to travel anywhere for the next 3 to 4 days and to take complete rest.
Just then Dadisa interfered them.
Kaveri: Jamaisa! Why did you and Armaan went to Mussoorie?
Sanjay: Maasa, last night the minister's son Yuvraj has shot Akshara Sharma and she passed away. She was Armaan's teacher, so Armaan came for her death. And the minister has called me himself to discuss the legal proceedings. So I came here too. We both left at different time and we've came here by car, as there were no flights available last night.
Kaveri: What's the case status, Jamaisa?
Madhav: Maa! Please let me get the details of the hospital then I can leave as soon as possible.
Kaveri turned to her eldest son.
Kaveri: Rohit's marriage broke and you are talking about leaving the city!
Madhav: Armaan is also my son and now he needs me more. Here Rohit has everyone in the house. But Armaan's admitted in a hospital.
Kaveri: Stop interrupting me! I need to discuss the case details and if necessary Jamaisa would have to stay there to assure the Minister.
Madhav: Even if Sanjay had to stay there for the case, then who'll be with Armaan?
Kaveri: Armaan is not a child.
Madhav: Rohit is also not a child. This marriage was a rushed one from the beginning so let him gather himself. He and Ruhi did not even communicate properly before all the rituals. So stop prioritising this issue and Armaan needs me more.
Rohit was hurt by his father's words though Madhav was speaking the truth and ran away from there.
Vidhya: Look what have you done!
Madhav: Stop it Vidhya!
Manoj: Bhaiya! Bhabhisa! Please calm down! I'll book the next available flight and Bhaiya you get the details from Jeejasa.
Madhav: Thanks Manoj!
Vidhya went after Rohit. Madhav went afar to talk with Sanjay in peace. Kaveri fumed.

*RUHI'S POV*
A month after her Matashree's death, the Birla house received the news of Abhimayu and Abhir passing away in a landslide. Manjari has started to loose her senses and was mentally disturbed. The Birla family has faced too many deaths that they wanted to leave the city behind and start afresh. Ruhi opted to be with the Goenkas. As that was Aarohi wanted before her untimely death. Years rolled over and Ruhi has gradually stopped talking with the Birlas as she could not handle anymore. Ruhi dearly missed her Matashree and her Poppy. For the first six years of her life, Ruhi lived in the care of Aarohi Neil Birla and Abhimayu Birla and she was treated like a princess in the Birla family. But her heart could not take anymore yearning, so one day she decided to stop talking with the Birlas and the contact was severed over the years.
*Abhira's POV*
A teenaged Abhira has nagged her mother Akshara about their family. So Akshara sat her down and told the entire story from the start. Abhira was proud of her mother's strength and she told her mother that they are enough for each other. Akshara smiled at Abhira.
FLASHBACK ENDS
At present,
Abhira on seeing Ruhi's frozen state of starring at her mother Akshara's old picture, got up to leave from there. But before she could even take a step Ruhi held Abhira's hand. Abhira turned around to look at Ruhi. Both of their eyes are filled with unshed tears.
Abhira: I'm sorry. Aarohi maasi,
Ruhi: would have wanted me to hug my sister tightly and support her.
Abhira: Huh!
Ruhi: I'm not a child anymore Abhira. Please let the past be in past. Come here to your sister. I promise you'll have me, Badenana, Badinani and Chachimaa as your family.
Abhira: But my mother left Udaipur for you.
Ruhi: I know. 😭 I'm sorry 😭
Ruhi hiccups.
Ruhi: But please my Matashree would not want me to leave you all alone. I promise to leave the past behind for you. You are my Billa boy's little sister. Please trust me. I want to be there for you from the bottom of my heart. I'm sorry.
Abhira was touched by Ruhi's confession and hugged her tightly.
Ruhi: I'm sorry about Akshara Maasi's death.
I'm sorry. I'm sorry.
Abhira: Di please stop apologizing. Even I'm sorry for what you have gone through as a child. I'm sorry.
Both the sisters held each other and cried their heart out. After they both calmed down to some extent, Ruhi called the Goenkas to inform about Akshara's passing and Abhira. The Goenkas were heartbroken. Then they confessed to Ruhi that they were searching for Akshara after Abhimayu's and Abir's death. But could not find her. Ruhi cleared that she does not have any hard feelings, not anymore. Ruhi clearly stated that she wants the past to be at past as she now wants to be there for her little sister. Abhira felt grateful for her newfound elder sister.
Just then, two happy little girls holding each other hands walked past the train carriage Ruhi and Abhira were occupying.

Sanjay left Armaan's hospital room as soon as Madhav reached there. As said by the doctor earlier, Armaan woke up after 6 hours in a very confused state. Madhav rushed near to Armaan's bed.
Madhav: How are you feeling beta? Wait I'll inform the doctors!
Armaan's memories of the past 24 hours hit him like a truck. Overwhelmed with emotions, he pushed himself into his father's chest and cried. He cried for Akshara's death. He cried for Abhira going missing. He even cried for Rohit and Ruhi. Madhav was taken aback by his son's outburst. But held him firmly.
