-3rd POV-
-Star City, July 17th, 23:16 PDT-
Down at the shipping docks of Star City, a group of criminals could be found unloading boxes of illegal weapons out of shipping containers and into the backs of vans, when an arrow landed on the ground near them and released a massive cloud of smoke, sending them all onto high alert as those caught inside of the smoke began falling unconscious. And as they looked around, their boss, a Meta-Human known as Brick who was wearing a tailor-made suit grabbed one of the guns from a box, revealing they were laser pistols.
It didn't take Brick long to find who was attacking him and his men, but to his annoyance, the attacker was actually Speedy, who was in his uniform but still missing his hat and standing high above the criminals on a crane.
"Brick:You again?! I'm starting to get insulted Green Arrow's not messing up my operations personally."
As Brick began firing at Speedy, the former Sidekick began running across and down the crane to avoid the energy projectiles, and quickly fired an explosive arrow at Brick while doing so. Resulting in the crime boss's suit being torn to shreds and his gun being destroyed, while Brick himself was unharmed by enraged.
"BrickDo you know what I pay for a suit in my size?! Scorch the earth, boys."
Right as Brick's men were about to do as the man ordered with their own laser pistols, all of their weapons were suddenly taken from their hands by a yellow blur before they were all tied up by chains made of red light that appeared out of thin air. Seeing this, Brick followed the red light projecting the chain construct and saw that (Y/N) was floating in the air above with a look of boredom on his face.
Though, right as Brick was about to do something, he was hit by another explosive arrow shot by Speedy, resulting in the crime boss ripping a chunk of the ground out and throwing it at the archer. Though, right as Speedy rolled out of the way, Aqua-Lad dropped down from above and cut the chunk in half with his water blades, and Speedy shot a sleep gas arrow at Brick, giving him and Aqua-Lad some time to breath.
"Aqua-Lad:The cave is perfect. It has everything the team will need."
A second later, and Robin dropped down behind Speedy to further add onto what Aqua-Lad was saying, while (Y/N) began floating down to them and maintaining his chain Construct and Kid Flash zipped on over with a wide smile.
"Robin:For Covert missions. You know, spy stuff."
"(Y/N):Plus the bedrooms are really spacious, so living there's pretty good."
"Kid Flash:Wait till you see Superboy and Miss Martian. But a word of warning, Miss Martian already has a crush on Mr Anger Issues."
As Kid Flash jokingly pointed his thumb at (Y/N), the Red Lantern formed a squeaky hammer out of red light in his hand and hit it against the Speedster's head, getting a laugh out of Kid Flash. Sadly for them, Speedy did not seem to be as happy as they were, and after they all heard Brick let out a scream they went back into the fight. Aqua-Lad quickly cut another chunk of the ground Brick had thrown at them in half while Kid Flash, Robin, and Speedy ran in different directions, and (Y/N) threw Brick's own men at him.
Upon seeing his goons flying towards him, Brick rolled out of the way letting the thugs fly over the docks and into the river, while Brick himself was hit by three more explosive arrows from Speedy, which only managed to bring the crime boss to his knees due to his impenetrable skin. Bringing a smug grin to Bricks face as he looked up at Speedy who was standing on top of a shipping container.
"Brick:Tell Arrow he shouldn't send boys to do a man's job."
Seeing Speedy ready another arrow, Brick mockingly held his arms out wide to let the archer get a free shot in. Only, when Speedy's arrow hit Brick's chest, it began releasing a massive amount of foam that quickly engulfed Brick and hardened in seconds. Restraining the criminal completely as Kid Flash raced over to Speedy.
