Years later, as Thomas continued his life as a gangster, he often found himself yearning for the love he had lost. He never forgot Amelia, the woman who had shown him a glimpse of a life beyond his criminal empire. And though their paths never crossed again, the memory of their love remained etched in their hearts, a testament to the power of love that transcends all boundaries. 

"I will always love you Thomas Shelby" she had written on his letters and it made him tear up as he realised it was his dangerous acts that made him lose her as a wife in the first place.
