Quidditch World Cup/ Dark Mark

I spent most of summer at home, but near the end, Alex and his family invited me to the Quidditch World Cup! I was really excited to go, and I now had full control of the wolf! I still had contact with Derek, but I rarely did contact him. No one else knew. Dumbledore and Lupin did tests to make sure I did have control, and I was fine from there. I was already with them and we were at the tents. We go into ours and I get my stuff ready. Me and Alex look at each other then at the bunk beds.

Evelyn and Alex: "I call top bunk!"

We rush over and I jump on the bed. Alex jumps on the same time as me, but I try to push him away.

Evelyn: "I called it first!"

Alex: "No I did!"

We start to fight for it and both fall off. We laugh as we sit up.

Evelyn: "I get it."

Alex: "Fine. But only because I love you."

He kisses me and I jump onto the top bunk, smiling like a fool.

The next day, we walk up to our seats and begin to walk.

We watched the game in suspense. I don't really care about teams, but I like watching. I was silently taking notes as we watched Ireland vs Bulgaria.

After the game, we stayed in our tent while Alex's parents made dinner and me and Alex talked. Suddenly, noises come from outside and people are screaming. We walk out and the tent bursts into flame. I fall back from the kickback, answer and see people in black robes and masks walking eerily towards us. I get up and start running. Alex and his family had already started to run away. I bolted for it.

After people are gathered, the dark mark appears in the sky, and I am scared for my life. I've done my reading on it, and I am going to die. It's going to kill me. *Scared noises*. I feel someone grab my shoulders, and I panic. I fling out my claws and whip around. I see Alex and quickly bink away my glowing eyes.

Evelyn: "Alex! You scared me!"

Alex: "Are you okay? With the death eaters here, and you disappearing, I thought they got to you."

He hugs me and brings my head close to his chest. I was scared if he saw my eyes or my claws. That would not be good.

Alex: "Come on. Let's go.
