IN the grand sept of Baelor, maids were rushing in with silk decor, laced mantles, and silver/dragon glass utensils for the grand ceremony that would be held for the union of the two princes.

Just like the king had said, Rhaegar and Luke were to be in four days times, and today was that day.

Tall, wrought iron candelabras provide a warm glow, their flickering flames casting dancing shadows on the walls.

Small, fragrant potted plants and arrangements of flowers add a touch of nature to the room, the smell of roses and other blooms filling the air with an intoxicating scent. The pillars were also decorated in silk.

It was soon late into the noon sun when all the guests came crowding into the sept.

From the old lords from the harsh winters and ice up north to the lords from the dry deserts in Dorne, all came to witness the royal wedding.

Many of them were happy for the new pair, for some lords had the same beliefs when it came to marriages of the same sex.

On the other side of the coin, many also opposed such an act. With their faith in the seven, they were limited to the option of loving any person they wanted.

Yet most of those lords had attended the royal wedding of the princes.

Hypocritical, if I do say so myself.

But for the Targaryen prince, he did not care what the others thought about him and Luke. If he was younger, he would've probably cared since all the maesters, septs, mentors, and even his mother had engrained into his mind that when he was older he would find a maiden or lady to marry.

This had confused him; for a moment he didn't think that he felt was natural. So he hid his desires from everyone else. He did not tell a soul about the way he felt about Luke when they were younger.

Besides, it was only a crush that he had. Or so he thought...

Rhaegar looked into the mirror that captured his whole body. Dressed in the finest clothes for a prince at his wedding.

Rhaegar's clothes were embroided in design colors to represent nightfyre. Emerald, black, and silver silks were sewn into the fabric. His shoulders were covered in both silver metal and dragon scales, with a transparent veil cape tagging behind it.

The material that kept his shirt tucked in was tight around his waist. Giving his body a good form under the clothes.

His hands were adorned with silver rings and large bracelets with dragon faces that cuffed his wrists.
