Handing me a drink, Jason asked, "Why was Alice over here?"
"Oh no reason." Katie answered, winking at me.
Jason eyed Katie and Me until he finally just started looking around the gym.
Jason's eyes lit up as he saw one of his football buddies and he began to drag me over there.
"Hey Thomas!" Jason said doing some kind of bro hug.
Thomas had dark blond hair with green eyes and light tanned skin. As I looked at his smile, I noticed all his teeth were white and straight. He was a little taller than Jason, but Jason was cuter.
"Hey Jason! Did you hear Lindsey was looking for you?" Thomas asked.
"Unfortunately yes, but I'm avoiding her. This is my girlfriend Ashley." Thomas looked me up and down and began laughing.
"Nice one! Now seriously, where is your prom date." Thomas asked looking around the gym.
"No, seriously, this is her." Jason said, glaring at Thomas.
"What! Jason, may I speak with you." Then Thomas noticed me still standing there and he added, "In private."
Jason slung his arm around my shoulder and pulled me closer.
"Anything you can say in front of me, you can say in front of her." My heart fluttered as Jason stood up for me.
"Ok, I just didn't what to steal your girl." Thomas said winking at me.
"Dude, what do you mean?" Jason asked.
This whole time I was being quiet, but I think it's time for Jason to find out.
"Thomas and I dated from 2nd to 8th grade, then in freshman year he dumped me because of "the incident", and I hated him ever since." I growled out.
"Oh honey, you've hurt me!" Thomas said feigning hurt and holding his hand over his heart.
All I did was roll my eyes.
"Now Thomas, what were you going to tell me?" Jason asked, I could tell he was mad.
"That I've had a crush on her ever since, so by the bro code, you can't have her." Thomas explained.
"Fuck the bro code! You dumped her to be popular, so I can have her." He said outing emphasis on can.
"She was mine first." Thomas said.
"Well she's mine now, and to prove it-"
Jason kissed me, right in the middle of that sentence, right in the middle of the dance, and eight in the middle of all those people. And what was I supposed to do? Not kiss back? So I obviously retaliated.
And when we looked up from our kiss, Thomas was gone, and everyone was staring.
"I'm going to the bathroom." I told Jason. He nodded and let go of me.
Suddenly I was grabbed by someone and a hand was put over my mouth. I kicked and screamed and bit, but nothing worked.
The person who was holding me took me out to the alley behind the school and dropped me on my butt.
I looked up at my kidnapper.
"Jackson?" I asked.
"Yep, now that he's not here, you can admit you really like me." Jackson said.
"But I don't." I answered.
"I thought the first time would be willingly." Jackson muttered.
He started unbuckling his pants and I started crying.
"Stop!" A female voice yelled from the end of the alley.
Jackson looked up and smiled.
"Lizzy?" He asked.
"Yep, and what aw you doing to Ashley." She asked.
"Giving her what she wants." Jackson answered still taking of his clothes.
Suddenly Jackson was kicked to the ground, then kicked upside the head.
I looked up at the girl who saved me. She had black hair and brown eyes. Her skin was a little darker than caramel, and her hair went down to her upper back.
"Hi, I'm Lizzy!"
