In Konoha council Tsunade mental grumbling, wondering why the hell her granduncle thought when he decided to put civilians who has zero nothing at all relating top the world of the shinobi on the council and if he was alive she would have use her monstrous strength the beat the living shit out of him for coming up with suck and idea.

In the two side of the table are the shinobi clan heads and the others the civilians including the Sakura mother who Tsunade hate the most, but what she hate most its Kushina and Minato, finding out they were alive and they had triplet, she was so angry when she find out she beat the living crap out of Minato for deciding to leave naruto with the wolf, but Kushina slap her back saying also abandon him only drinking and gambling instead of her responsibility. Tsunade also blame herself, but mostly on the two idiots.

she finds out the civilians went behind her back to make a fake mission to gather any shinobi to find Naruto, but it was shock at first that Tsuande find out her godson was transported to a new world. but also find out the there are also defenders in that world who don't take kindly to unknown threats.

The civilians were complaining of the Konoha complaining and blaming it at Naruto. Having enough of the nonsense she ended the shouting match by slamming her fist on the table making it crack understrength, the reaction was instantaneous as the entire room went dead silent. Seeing the moment Tsuande started to talk.

Tsuande: I had enough of your bullshit, you send a group of ninja to unknown world, who also have defenders of people with unknown powers. I'm going to recalled them because I'm not risking my shinobi because your running out of pocket money.

As soon as she said that the civilians council erupted once more based on pure stupidity.

Tsuande: Enough!

The council wisely shut up for the moment as Tsuande started to leaking out her KI making them shiver in fear, seeing as she wasn't gonna be interrupted she continued.

Tsunade: If you stupid idiots have not banished hi in the first place, we wouldn't be in this sitatuion right now or have you forgetten what happned just a week after you idiots in all of your infifnte wisdom decided to do it. NO?

They all stayed quiet as she continued.

Tsuande: Then let me remind you that the GODDAMN Fire Lord himself and his entire army came and kick mind you not to walk no, he piratically kicked down the doors and demand why the other lords cancelled their ties with us and one of you had the gall to say what we did in front of him.

She took deep calm breath and yelled.

Tsunade: IT WAS BECAUSE OF YOU IDIOTS WE HAVE LOST 75% OF OUR MISSIONS BECAUSE YOU STILL LET YOUR HATE GUIDE YOU AND LOOK AT HWERE WE ARE NOW.

She shouted as she couldn't help wonder how people was born this stupid before she slumped down to her chair and took a side glanced as she continued on.

Tsunade: Then again its not like all of you blame-

Which caused two people on the shinobi side to flinch

Tsunade: Then again go head, let the team you idiots send get slaughtered I don't care anymore.

That managed to shut the civilians their decision caused the economy of the village to be in trouble. Then Danzo decided to butt in.

Danzo: It is true the Jicnhruiki has managed to help Konoha gain allies but the past is the past but now when the team what was send to deal with him as a distraction as present an opportunity for mine to work.
