(which I don't care if the ccs aren't friends any more. It's their choice not mine or yours)
I came back to it. You could say this is my goodbye letter to the fandom.
The following characters are not quite based off the DSMP.
But if I could describe them I would say, JALSAY Tubbo is a lot like c!Tubbo before L'manburg's first fall. JALSAY Ranboo is a lot like ccRanboo in 2022 just without their mask. You don't have to imagine them that way, this is just how I see them in this book.
I mean these characters are pretty out of what other people's head canons are.
I know Lani is younger than Tubbo IRL but in this book they are twins for conflict reasons.
I could probably rewrite this book to make the ship be DNF instead and it would relatively make no difference.
Next, I am fully aware of ccRanboo's pronouns and 100% respect them.
This isn't ccRanboo so don't get mad at me for using he/him pronouns.
This book was made before I found out about Shelby and her allegations against Wilbur. I tried to rewrite him out of it the best I could but Lovejoy is mentioned a few times. I don't really want to continue this topic so I'll end it on support victims.

This book is my first published on Wattpad, that doesn't mean this is the first ever fanfic I've written. I just started writing this in a notebook. I didn't even think I would ever publish it, but here I am, bored and rewriting it. When I first started writing this in a notebook I noticed that the characters should have switched positions. (You'll see what I mean later on) I couldn't change it in time cause I was 10 pages in when I realized, which was stupid of me, and I didn't want to restart it all so I just kept it.

If you know the ship Reddie, Jalsay is heavily inspired by it, just wanted to say that just in case anyone noticed.
This au is in a 1980s timeline, but I don't know how to write anything about 1980s phones so just go with what I write.
The setting is a small town in the United Kingdom, idk.
Jalsay is a song fic as you can see if you recognize the title from beabadoobee's song "Lovesong" which was one of the main songs that inspired this book. Note: not all the songs I pick for chapters line up all the time, actually some don't even make sense for the chapter. So don't take too much of the song seriously for the chapters.

This book is in no way perfect nor am I trying to make it be, again I made this for fun and spent a lot of time on it and I kinda liked how it turned out. I don't care if you hate the complete nonsense of some scenes. If anyone's even reading this, I will honestly laugh along with you.
