It's been two years since the forth Shinobi war, everything changes a lot. Ruka Sarutobi, the girl who altered the balance of the world are now just the girl who lives her life as a normal shinobi.
Ruka stood tall as she walked around the village, smiling over the villagers who is busy gushing over her, her popularity has always been high but they were gushing over her the fact that she's one of the Hero of Konoha.
Ruka stops walking when she looked at the new face that has been carved on the Hokage rock, Kakashi became the next hokage not too long ago after the fourth Shinobi war.
"Things has changed." Ruka whispered as she thought about her friends, Sakura became the strongest medical nin in the shinobi world with her running the Konoha hospital and child rehabilitation and right now, Ruka would the one admiring her best friend.
Naruto became the newly celebrity in Konoha even though, he didn't become a jonin, on the days that he didn't have any missions, Naruto would teach at the academy.
Sasuke, she hasn't heard from him for a quite while, he would usually sent her letters to keep her updated outside of Konoha but Ruka knew that he's doing his best to have the redemption.
Sai, he became the Chief for Konoha Anbu and during joining missions with him, Ruka felt suited to work with him due to their personality.

Once she reached the location that she was walking towards too, Ruka closes her eyes as the wind blows "I've changed too." she whispered. Ruka taking over Shikaku's position, Jonin commander with her leading the Sarutobi Clan at the same time and also one in a while she's the Diplomaticc Liason of Konoha.
"Yoohoo! Ruka!" The familiar voice rang out through the bustling village streets, drawing Ruka's attention. She turned around to see her boyfriend, Kiba, running towards her with his loyal companion, Akamaru, bounding happily beside him. His face was lit up with a wide grin, and there was a sparkle of excitement in his eyes.
"Sorry that I'm late! Kotaro-san didn't let go of me easily after training," Kiba exclaimed breathlessly as he finally reached Ruka's side. Despite his apology, there was an undeniable eagerness in his tone, as if he couldn't wait to spend time with her.
