Niles' fear/OC SHORT STORY

Note: This is based off of a short comic I placed onto deviantart, it includes my Nixel Nixel Go Away rewrite in it!

Vixus opened the doorway to the main control room of the Nixel Tower, seeing his brother Niles, prince of the Nixels himself swiping away at the holographic control screen. The screen showcased all steps and things needed for the plan.

The plan to invade and take over Mixopolis once and for ALL.

The thought of the plan however did set well with Vixus, especially due to his adoration for the Mixels as a whole. He worried about the damage this would cause, both physical and mental.

Finally, the Nixel scientist spoke.

- "N-Niles?"

Niles turned around to face his younger brother, placing his hand away from the holographic screen.

- "Yes, Vixus?"

Vixus hesitated on his words, yet he knew he couldn't just keep it in. So he explained in the best way possible.

- "I want to talk about... The plan." He said. "Th-The whole plan about.. taking over Mixopolis."

Before Vixus could explain more, Niles sighed and went up to him.

- "I know what you're saying, Vixus." The Nixel Prince said. "We can't stop going forward now."

- Vixus began to object. "B-But Niles-! We're gonna hurt so many Mixels out there-! Not to mention s-some of them are children-!"

Niles' expression was filled with remorse.

- "I know you don't like this Vixus.. But.. it has to be done.." He said. "And plus, I fear of what Nixiean will do to the Mixels if the plan isn't executed.

The Nixel Prince felt a chill go down his spine at the thought of Nixiean doing something more... Drastic.

And it wasn't pretty.

- "And trust me, I don't want to go through with this plan either..."

Vixus' eyes go down slightly in understanding, yet sadness.

- "..Okay, I-I understand..."

Niles' expression was now mixed with guilt seeing his younger brother look down so sadly. Eclair came to Vixus' side to give him comfort.

He hoped that he could go through with this.

After all, it was for the sake of his people.

For the sake of the Nixels.
