I love how in Mixels, the leaders aren't exactly perfect in a way. Most of them aren't exactly serious and tough like a typical leader should be, however despite that they still manage to lead their tribes.
It shows that leaders in general can have flaws, and it's perfectly fine for one to have them just like any other person.
Heck, Scorpi in general doesn't even seem to be leader like, but I highly believe that he leads the Spikels in his own way despite his skittish behavior. I like to think Footi maybe helps him out with this.
