(VIII) 'I feel like we are buying ice cream.'

A few minutes pass.

Yoongi parks the car in the parking area of a mall and takes a couple of selfies with Jimin.

Yoongi keeps his phone in his pocket and Jimin receives a call from someone. He takes his phone and answers the call.

'Hello...'

'Ibrahi, I'm outside now. I'll send it later.'

'Yeah.'

'Okay.'

Jimin hangs up and keeps his phone in his pocket.

Yoongi asks, 'Who was it?'
Jimin answers, 'Mohammad Ibrahim.'
Yoongi asks, 'Who is he?'
Jimin answers, 'He's my only friend from the university.'

Yoongi hums in response.

Jimin leans forward to Yoongi and pecks his lips.

Yoongi smiles flirtatiously and unfastens his seatbelt. He gets out of the car and Jimin follows him.

Shortly, Yoongi is sitting in a movie theatre with Jimin. They are munching on popcorn.

Jimin leans on Yoongi's right shoulder. A shy smile gleams on Yoongi's lips.

Almost three hours pass.

Yoongi and Jimin are sitting in a café—they are sipping on their coffee.

Jimin says, 'You don't have to spend on me, Yoongi-Ichaya.'
Yoongi says, 'Don't worry about it.'
Jimin says, 'Mmm... I'll pay for the coffee.'
Yoongi says, 'I will pay. Don't bother.'

Jimin presses his lips tight and looks down.

Yoongi looks around and makes sure that no one is paying attention to him and Jimin. He removes his footwear from his left foot and gently brushes Jimin's right leg.

Jimin flinches and looks at Yoongi. The latter winks at Jimin making him chuckle shyly.

Yoongi asks, 'What are we doing next?'
Jimin asks, 'What do you wanna do?'

Yoongi stares at Jimin as he sips on his coffee making the latter quiver.

Yoongi answers, 'I wanna take you to your house.'
Jimin asks, 'And?'

Yoongi looks around and whispers, 'Should I buy condoms?'

Jimin suppresses his shy smile and answers, 'Yes.'

Yoongi says, 'Okay.' and resumes sipping on his coffee.

Shortly, Yoongi is standing in a pharmacy. He looks around and gulps nervously. The pharmacist approaches Yoongi.

Yoongi asks, 'Can I get two condoms?' and gulps anxiously.

The pharmacist asks, 'Which one?'

Yoongi thinks for a moment and stands still. He does not answer her question.

She asks, 'What flavour?'

Yoongi struggles to answer her question.

Jimin rushes into the pharmacy.

She asks, 'How can I help?'
Jimin answers, 'Oh, I'm with him.'
She says, 'Oh... Okay.'

Yoongi says, 'Flavour... Strawberry.'
Jimin says, 'Chocolate.'

She stares at Yoongi and Jimin alternately.

Jimin says, 'Both, please. One strawberry and one chocolate.' and smiles a little.

Yoongi whispers to Jimin, 'I feel like we are buying ice cream.'

Jimin giggles softly and gets the packets of protection from the pharmacist. Yoongi pays and walks out of the pharmacy in a hurry.

She stares at Jimin with an awkward look on her face.

Jimin smiles a little and follows Yoongi out of the pharmacy. Yoongi gets into the car in a hurry and fastens his seatbelt.

Jimin gets into the car and fastens his seatbelt. He notices the anxious look on Yoongi's face and chuckles softly.

Yoongi asks, 'Why are you laughing?'
Jimin answers, 'I thought you knew a lot about all this.'
Yoongi asks, 'What do you mean?'

Jimin shakes his head as he giggles.

Yoongi says, 'Stop laughing. What's so funny?' and glares at Jimin.

Jimin says, 'Flavour... Strawberry.' and laughs out loud.

Yoongi asks, 'How am I supposed to know that you're a genius at such stuff?'
Jimin answers, 'Ichaya, there's a thing called "Research".'
Yoongi asks, 'Did you watch porn all night or what?'

Jimin answers, 'Maybe I did.'
Yoongi asks, 'What?'
Jimin answers, 'For educational purposes.'
Yoongi says, 'Whatever.'

Jimin presses his lips tight and suppresses his giggle as he watches Yoongi start the engine and begin to drive.

Ji-Yoon rings the doorbell and waits patiently. Anju opens the door and lets her in. Ji-Yoon walks in and begins to talk to a girl while Anju closes the door.

Sudhakaran is watching Ji-Yoon without her realising it.
