The Queen girl Walked to the Kitchen , Finding her her mother busy with the breakfast . Dinah's Smile Grew as she noticed her Daughter entering the Kitchen .
" Morning Sweetie . "
" Morning Mom . " Davina forced a Smile for her mother's sake .
" Where's Dad ?" The teenager asked as she took a seat at the table .
" He had a meeting so he got up early , but he said he would make it to the Cave today , this afternoon . " Davina tensed remembering the three days was over now .
Dinah put the plate with Eggs and bacon in front of her Daughter and took a seat across her .
" mom , what made you sure of joining the league ? "
At 9 in the morning , after a failed 3 days efforts of trying to get her Daughter to open up , This Question was something that Dinah had not expected . Though she smiled Warmly at her Daughter .
" I wasn't Sure " Davina looked confused now .
" I just knew that , I wanted to do the right thing , to make a change in the world , the whole reason I became black canary . I knew joining the league would help me further with my purpose , and it Did . "
The teenager stayed silent for a moment , her dyed Blonde locks braided on her shoulder . Then she looked at her mother who already had her eyes on her , looking at her Lovingly . Her role model , the person she has always wanted to grow into .
Dinah was never the type to force her opinions on her Daughter . Always encouraging the girl to follow a path of her own Choosing , but Davina didn't want to choose another path .
The girl has always dreamed of becoming as strong as the woman she Considered her mother , Choosing Bluewren as her Name when she started as the protege of Black canary , She even Gained the Significant Canary Cry , using her Dynamokinesis , a year ago .
It was a risky decision so Dinah did not exactly like the idea , though having been assured by Kent Nelson that no serious harm would be caused and that he would supervise the process , monitoring the girl .
