" Blue ! Blue !!! where are you !?" The young boy kept shouting as he looked around, hoping to get a glimpse of the girl.

"Gods , where does she always disappear to ... seriously, I just left for five minutes. Rey is gonna kill me if anyone sees her." The boy mumbled to himself, clearly frustrated.

" I'm here !"

Boy's head snapped up at hearing the familiar voice and bolted towards it. He reached a tree, seeing the younger girl sitting on a high branch. He looked around Warily and sighed in relief as he didn't see anyone around.

He looked back up at the girl who offered him a sheepish smile. " Hi, Goldie . How's it going? " she waved at him.

The blond haired boy flashed a sarcastic smile.

" I would've been a lot better if you hadn't disappeared every five minutes."

The girl who looked no older than eleven and no younger than ten rolled her eyes playfully.

" I was bored ! You guys always ask me to stay inside. It's tiring."

The boy felt bad for her. She was just a kid. True, he was a kid, too. But their lives were nothing alike. He was a warrior. He knew she wasn't a demigod and had no idea how she got to the camp, but he also knew she was important. Or else why would the praetor insist on always having a legionary beside her, or the fact that she couldn't just casually go out inside the crowds. They were pretty stern about her protection.

But those weren't the reasons she was important to him. For him, it was herself . The girl was what he truly cared about.

The boy sighed. " I'm sorry, blue. Come on, let's go back and I'll take you to the city after sunset, how about that? " 

He hopefully suggested, not being able to stand and watch her feeling down all day when they'd go back.

She visibly lightened up at hearing that, warming the boy's heart. " Really !!!?"

He chuckled . "Of course ! But we really gotta go now, or else Rey would actually kill me... wait, why are you on a tree? " As if just noticing, he looked at the tall tree.
It was huge and all the branches were really high. Just how on earth did she manage to climb this thing all on her own?

Five minutes, he couldn't get his eyes off her for five minutes. Not just because he thought she was absolutely stunning, and definitely the most beautiful girl he'd ever seen, but also because if he did, she'd somehow manage to get herself in trouble. Well, both of them.
