Chapter 4

I saw my house in eye sight 8 minutes later. I told you I don't care how long I run. I get to the door and it's locked the way I left it(no surprise). Unlocking the door the place seems creepy. It always seems creepy at night. I slip inside and lock the door behind me. Sneaking up to my room I see something. It looked like a white flash. I walk closer then I feel something at my side. Slowly turning around, I realize that it's my white cat, Alexa. A sigh leaves my mouth. Thank goodness it wasn't a killer. Or even worse, Michael. Walking in my room, I plug in my Christmas lights. Home sweet home I guess. I throw off my clothes and put on sweatpants and a muscle shirt. I found it at a thrift store and I had to get it. Walking straight on by it would be horrible. I feel like I have a connection to it. Somehow someway maybe. Jumping in bed I fall asleep instantly. So much went on, I can barely handle it. A tear escapes my eye. And you know how it goes from here. Crying myself to sleep and all that crap.

Michael's P.O.V.
She just ran. I ran after her but she was too fast. Away I watched her disappear in the dark neighborhood. I got the feeling that something really got her emotional side talking to her mom or dad. All I wanted to do was comfort her. I have to comfort her. She's probably at Luke's house, she seems that she's really close to him. I hop in my car and drive to his house.

It seems late but who cares. I go knock on Luke's door. It took a few moments before I considered to crawl in a window but then lanky-leg kid appeared. "What's up Michael." He seemed confused of why I'm here but never mind with that. "Where's Hailey! Is she here? Can you see where she is?"Well that came out in such a rush. I just want to see what's wrong, not like I care about her or like her. "Why do you need to know. How do I know that you aren't going to hurt Hailey?" He tensed up with teeth clenched. She must mean a lot to him. "Look, I don't know if this is what caused her to break down crying but she got off the phone with her parents and started crying. I tried to comfort her and hug her, but she just got up and ran. I haven't had much in my life with my parents everywhere too. She means something to me and I can't loose her!!!" And then it all came out. I guess I do have feelings for her. But I only met her only a week ago. Why is this happening? Luke looked at me for what seemed forever then came out the door. "Okay she's most likely at her house because all she does is go to my house and her house. Now don't go barging in her room, I'm going to go in her house first and you stay several feet behind me and then on the wall next to her doorframe so she doesn't see you okay buddy? Mess this up and she will become an emotional wreck. Don't do that to my sunshine. She is my only friend. Don't mess this up Clifford." This kid. Wow. I nod my head and we get in my car and drive.

hey guys! I'm on a little vacation right now so I won't be able to upload another chapter until next week. :((( Also sorry if this chapter is really short and a cliff hanger. I will make the next chapter better! (lmao enjoy the crappy picture I took today up above.)
