Chapter 19

Time skip to a few days later (i got a bit lazy hehe)

Third person

It has been a few days and everything is normal, Nick and Charlie have been bust the past few days from their work schedule since Nick is a teacher and Charlie is a writer. They haven't had the time to plan their wedding, but nick is planning to talk to Charlie about it later this evening when they both get home.

Fasf forward to this evening

Nick's POV

I just got home and i text Charlie

Char 🩷

Hi Char, just got home :)
What time will you ho home tonight?

Hi nick :)
I'll be home in an hour, Ive got a lot
of work to do tonight :(

Oh okay, its alright my love
I'll be waiting for you when you get home

You dont have to wait for me Nick

Fine, i love you <3

I love you too, Char <3

Well i guess that Charlie will come home late, its no big deal really. But i kind of want to talk to Charlie about the wedding. We havent even picked the location yet but we both don't want to have a church wedding, maybe a beach wedding would be nice. But where will we find a good beach here? I'll have to do a bit of research to find a good beach here in Kent or maybe somewhere else would be good.

Aften an hour of researching, i finally found the perfect beach to have a wedding on. I just have to check if it does wedding and if it is allowed to have weddings there just to make sure.

Just as i was searching on the internet someone came into the room, that particualar someone is Charlie.
I smile at Charlie as he looks at me and he smiles back.

"Hi, Char" i say softly

He goes to my side without even changing his clothes, Charlie kisses my cheek "hi love" he says.
I get flustered by him saying 'love'. Its not the first time that he calls me 'love' but i still get butterflies in my stomach whenever he calls me that.

"What are you doing?" He ask and sat beside me looking at my phone.

"Oh, im researching stuff for our wedding" i say and look at him.

"Oh shit, i totally forgot about that... not that i forgot about our wedding but i forgot about the planning" he explained but i totally understand since we were both busy and had other things on our minds besides the wedding.

"No, i totally understand Char... i forgot about it too until an hour ago when i was waiting for you to get home" i say which made him smile.

We planned for our wedding for the rest of the day until we both get sleepy and realized that its super later. Charlie looks at the time and we both saw that it's 12:30 in the morning. "Oh my, we forgot about the time and we both have work tomorrow" Charlie nodded and he starter to tuck himself into bed.

"We should probably sleep now, love, we will continue planning tommorow" i nod in response and cuddled with Charlie making him the little spoon.
