Chapter 49: Leaving

Third Person POV 

Alyssa: How have you and Olivia been? Are you two getting along? 
She asks as she was cooking while Asuka was sitting at a counter, leaning on her hand as she eyed a family photo. 

Alyssa: Asuka? 
She calls out to her. 

Asuka: What? 

Alyssa: Are you two getting along? 
She asks as she looks at her. 

Asuka: Yeah. We're getting along. 

Alyssa: Are you sure? I thought I heard you two yelling at each other. 

Asuka: We were just laughing, mom. You don't need to worry. 
She said with a small smile. 

Alyssa: I'm glad you two are getting along. Where is Olivia? 
She asks as she looks at her. 

Asuka: She's still sleeping. 

Alyssa: Wake up, the food is almost ready. 
She says as Asuka nods before walking to get Olivia but her eyes land on the photo once again. Her eyes looking at her family photo with Alyssa, Y/N and her. Alyssa being in the middle while holding the two in front of her while smiling. 

Asuka: Hmm... 
She hums to herself as she stares at the phot before going to wake up Olivia. 

Asuka: Perhaps, I'll ask him when we go back to beacon. 

To Y/N 

Ruby: Aww, why do we have to leave so early!? 
She yells before pouting, staring at Y/N and the others. 

Weiss: You know why, dolt. 
She says as Ruby continues to pout. 

Ruby: But I like it here. 
She says as she pouts more. 

Yang: Here's food. Eat before we leave. 
She says as she places a plate of food in front of them all. 

Weiss: Go get the others Ruby. 
She said as Ruby glared at her before getting up to tell the others. 

Ruby: Coco. Velvet. There's food. 
She says as she walks into their room, seeing them getting dressed as they sstood in front of the mirror. 

Coco/Velvet: We'll be there.
They both said as Ruby walks out of their room and goes to Y/N's room. 

Ruby: Y/N. Blake. Wake up, there's food. 
She said as Y/N was laying on top of his bed, his eyes closed as Blake cuddled with him. 

Y/N: Yeah...we'll be there. 
He says, slowly opening his eyes as Ruby turns around and leaves the room. 

Blake: We should eat before we leave, babe. 
She says, softly as she looks at him. 

Y/N: Yeah. 
He said as Blake sat up, her amber eyes looking at him before walking out of the room. 

Y/N: What a great break from everything. 
He thought to himself as he gets up and heads to the kitchen. 

Yang: Eat, sleeping beauty. 
She says as Y/N sat by Blake before taking a bite out of hers. 

Yang: How is it? I've made it myself. 
She asked as she looks at Y/N and the others. 

Y/N: It's good. 
He says as he smiles at Yang. 

Yang: Thank you. 
She says with a large smile as Blake fed Y/N while everybody ate their food. 

Coco: After we eat, lets start packing our things. 
She says as the rest nod. 

Yang: Don't want to head back but we have to. 
She says as Ruby sighs. 

Ruby: Back to studying late. 

Y/N: You're not alone there. 
He says, chuckling as Ruby smiles at him. 

Ruby: Would you be my studying partner? 
She asks, her eyes lightening up. 

Y/N: Of course. 

Weiss: With me of course. 
She says as Ruby pouts again. 

Coco: Relax, girls. Lets talk about this until we get back to Beacon. 
She says as Y/N finishes his food food. 

Y/N: I'll start packing. 
He says and walks to his room as the others watch him before turning to Blake. 

Yang: So Blake, did anything happen between you two? 
She asks as Blake looks up from her plate. 

Coco: Yeah, did anything happen between you two? 
She asks, leaning on her hand. 

Velvet: Coco! 
She yells quietly as she slaps her shoulder. 

Coco: What? I'm curious. 
She says as Blake blushes slightly. 

Blake: No. Nothing between us. 

Yang: Yet. 
She says with a smile as Blake blushes more. 

Coco: I've bet something already happen between you two.

Ruby: Aren't the two already together? What more is there? 
She asks as she looks at them. 

Coco: Oh, you'll learn later baby girl. 
She says as Ruby pouts again. 

Ruby: But I wan-

Yang: Come on, Rubes, finish your food and we can grab the cookies here before the line gets too long. 
She says as Ruby munches down on her food while Weiss and Coco put their plates into the sink. 

Coco: Well, I'm going to call the owner that we're about leave while you guys get ready. 
She says and walks out of the house, calling the owner as everyone else starts to get ready to leave. Each going to their rooms to grab their suitcases and everything they brought with them. One by one, each of them brought their suitcases and bags into the living room as they waited. 

Mini-timeskip 

Coco: You guys ready to go? 
She asks as Y/N puts the last suitcase into the trunk. 

Y/N: Yeah. Time to head back to Beacon. 
He said as Ruby looks at the house. 

Ruby: Can we come back here later? 
She asks as she looks at Coco. 

Coco: Of course. 
She smiles at her as Ruby smiles widely. 

Y/N: It would be nice to come back here. 
He says with a smile as Blake laid her head on his shoulder. 

Blake: It was nice here. Just us.
