Chapter 12: Hidden Feelings

Third Person POV 

Y/N was sitting with team JNPR while team RWBY were sitting across from them as both teams ate their lunch. While they were eating their food, Pyrrha and team RWBY were looking at Y/N as he ate his food quietly. The girls smiled as they looked at him with a smile, seeing that he was doing better.  

Nora: So there we were in the middle of the night. 

Ren: It was day. 

Nora: We were surrounded by Ursai. 

Ren: They were beowolves. 

Nora: DOZENS OF THEM! 

Ren: Two of them. 

Nora: But they were no match. And in the end, Ren and I took them down and made a boatload of Lien selling Ursa skin rugs. 

Ren: Ah. She's been having this reoccuring dream for nearly a month now. 

While Nora kept talking about her dream, Ruby and the girs got up as Y/N looked at them. 

Y/N: Hey. Where are you girls going? 
He asked. 

RWBYP: Oh. Getting more food. 
They told them as Yank winked at him, causing him to blush a little. 

Jaune: So...Y/N. How are you feeling? 

Ren: Yeah. It's been a couple of weeks since then. 

Y/N: I feel a little better. 
He said, still thinking about them. 

Jaune/Nora/Ren: Glad to hear that. 
They smiled. 

Y/N smiled as he looked at them. 

Jaune: Hey...we heard something coming from your room last night. Are you okay? 
He asked. 

Y/N: Yeah. It was nothing.
He said as he remembered his dream. 

Only seeing himself with anger. His sword in hand. 

Ren: Y/N. 

Y/N: Y-Yeah. 
He said, looking at him. 

Ren: You sure you're okay? 

Y/N: Yeah. Yeah. I'm fine. 
He said as he thought about her. 

To Pyrrha 

Yang: So Pyrrha. Saw you walking out of Y/N's room this morning. 
She said as she looked at her.

Pyrrha: W-Wait you did. 
She blushed. 

Weiss: Yes. We saw you. 
She said as she looked at her, making Pyrrha look away. 

Weiss: Why were you in there? 
She asked. 

Pyrrha: Oh. Just heard something from his room. 

Yang: Maybe you went in to check on him.
She said with a smirk. 

Blake/Weiss: Yang! 
They yelled at her, making Pyrrha blush darker. 

Yang: What? Just asking. 

Ruby: Guys. Let' s get more food before we have to go back to class. 
She said as she held her tray of food. 

While the girls talked to each other, Blake looked to the side and saw Asuka looking at them from afar. 

Blake: Why is she watching us? 
She asked herself. 

Ruby: Let's go Blake.
She said as she tugs on her sleeve. 

Blake: Oh okay. 
She said and started walking with them, not seeing that Asuka left the spot. 

Weiss: So how long do you think it'll take him to feel better? 
She asked. 

Yang: Hopefully soon. 
She said as she walked. 

???: Hey girls. 
They heard a female voice. 

The girls turned around to see Asuka looking at them. 

RWBYP: Oh hello. 
They said as they looked at her. 

Asuka: I see you girls around my "brother". 

Ruby: You mean Y/N? 
She asked, confused. 

Asuka: Yes. 

Yang: Okay?

Asuka: Tell me. What do you all see in him. 
She said as she looked at them with seriousness. 

Weiss: Because we're his friends. 
She told her. 

Asuka: Hmm. I see. But one thing. Break his heart and I'll come after you. 
She threatens. 

RWBYP: We won't. 
They told her. 

Asuka: Good. 
She said before walking away, leaving the group. 

Asuka: Hurt him and I'll kill you all. After all, we've been there for each other since we've found you. 

Asuka: Right Y/N? 
She said to herself, remembering the past. 

To Ozpin

Ozpin was in his office as he was looking at the grades from the different teachers before coming across his.

Ozpin: Mr L/N. Hmm. A in Ports. B in Ooblecks. B for Peach. B for Goodwitch. Hmm. He's doing well. I just hope he can keep this up.
He said as he sips from his mug.

Ozpin: But still...it's my fault.
He said as he looked at Y/N's team.

Ozpin: Destined to be great huntsmen and huntresses yet they fell because of simple misinformation.

Ozpin: Damn it.
He said as he hit the table with his fist, shaking it.

KNOCK KNOCK

Ozpin: Come in.
He said as he looks at the door to see her once again.

Ozpin: Alyssa. How may I help you today?
He asked as he sipped out of his mug.

Alyssa: Tell me Ozpin. How do you plan on helping my son.
She said as she formed rings around her arm.
