Jasper was 21 seasons old having been an adult beastmen for a couple years now, he had managed to make it to two stripes, his mother, a Vixen (female fox) had no love for her male children. They were fed for the least amount of time as she possibly could and passed on to their fathers. It helps strengthen him but also cost him his only brother from the same litter. Their father was too busy catering to his female making sure that she did not break their bonds, and they were two small kits running around without proper supervision and something happened to his brother because of that, he lives far away from villages and cities, any possibilities that he will run across his mother's family,his dad was a Darwin fox male of his mother's.
He'd left when he was 18 seasons old. He tried to be there for his father but he couldn't. Just stand around and watch how she treated his father and half brothers. So he left for the pine ridge Forest,
He's made a simple life for himself away from the constant nagging of females as well as the aggression of other males that thinking that you're there too mate their female. The only issue he had run into was his sole neighbor. A rather odd beastman himself out here by himself as well. He's not entirely sure why as they're close with each other. They don't run into each other often and they tend to try and stay out of each other's territories as much as possible as they both have different needs when it comes to hunting.
His den is carved into a hill and and has quite a few rooms stuffed with random things he's collected over the years of being here, the hides from all of the animals he's hunted nicely stacked up, carved bones used to make musical sounds that the females of his tribe love, as well as dried herbs and vegetables for his diet, as well as a stash of clear crystals and a single emerald painstakingly gained from finding a lone older colossal. All of this was in preparation that someday won't. He's got enough things to provide for a female and the possibility of kits. Then he will look for a suitable mate, preferably one that will appreciate him once he's properly prepared. What he never expected was the surprise that would show up on his doorstep. 😋🦊
