I stared in shock at Paige.
"It's true," I whispered to myself.
"Have you forgotten I can hear you?" Paige said cruelly. What happened to my sweet Paige?!
"Paige why would you even do this?!" I yelled so confused. She just stared at me I think she expected me to know. I was thinking back through the day and I remembered something a bit strange at lunch. When Victoria came over the first person she looked at was Paige and she smiled at her, and Paige nodded. Maybe they planned this together? But, Victoria's mom works for the school I don't see why she would destroy her career. She could have problems with her mom?
"Victoria?" I asked Paige. She nodded and I heard an explosion sound behind Paige.
"Run!" I yelled busting the door open and morphed into a bird and flew overhead. I looked down at the groups of kids outside and the teachers scattered around. I swooped down behind everybody in my class and turned back into myself. I looked around and nobody noticed...I don't think. I exhaled a shaky breath and tears were in my eyes. Why? How could she just turn on her family like that?!
Jinx?
What.
What is it?
It's Paige.
Well tell me what happened!
"Urgh,"I growled out loud.
Paige put the school on fire she said she's working with Victoria or something.
What do you mean?!
I don't freaking know! We were about get exploded so we ran.
We'll discuss this later Jinx.
Matrix.
I snapped out of my thoughts and realized there were 5 firetrucks surrounding the school and getting their equipment or something. Then the teachers started yelling telling everyone to move back farther. We then were across the street, just helplessly watching our school go down in flames.

Everyone was sent home early obviously there was no school. Matrix explained telepathically to Splice about Paige during the car ride home. When we got home we all walked up stairs to my room and i flopped down on my bed, immediately feeling exhausted.
"Should we tell Tommy," Splice asked. No answer. "Or dad or something," she said again. That finally caught my attention. I hugged my pillow and thought about what she said.
"Yea," I answered simply.
"Are you sure?" Matrix asked doubtingly.
"He could know why Paige did it," I said not wanting to talk a lot.
"Okay then well let's go down stairs ad talk to him," Splice said getting up.
"Matrix, tell him," I demanded her because I didn't want to go downstairs. She looked at me and Splice worriedly and then started talking to him. It was just them too so I didn't know what was going on. Matrix's eyes widened and Splice and I looked at her for the reason. She looked stunned and she was stuttering.
"We-we're leaving," she blurted.
