Zane's perspective:

"Hm... spacious." I noted as we took in the safehouse that we were to be operating from.

"Even though it looks that way... it looks like there's more of us than the bedrooms." Craig noted

"..."

"Meghan and I will share a room." I noted professionally

"Yea. We'll be good. All of you can get your own room." Meghan shrugged

"Hm... we shouldn't be hearing anything suspicious now should we?" Taina mused and I sighed before shaking my head.

"We are on a mission, Taina. Of course that takes priority." I lightly scolded her

"Well you're no fun..." Taina rolled her eyes and went to claim her room.

"Just don't knock Meghan up is all I'm saying." Craig noted

"What do you even mean, Craig? Of course we won't do anything stupid." Meghan scolded him and he stared at her.

"Fine, whatever." He spoke before he too went to claim his room.

"You can go ahead and claim your room Nokk. Meghan and I will take the last one." I told the veiled woman and she stood still for some reason.

"The both of you, come with me." Nokk spoke, addressing me and Meghan as we followed her outside the safehouse into the backyard.

"I've been meaning to speak to you for a while now, Zane."

"Why me?" I asked Nokk in a curious manner

"You have my respect, and I respect your skills as well."

"Well, thank you I suppose."

"What I mean to say is that it would only be proper to introduce my actual name to you."

"Only me? Why did you want Meghan to come along then?"

"You might end up telling her anyways."

"Possibly. You don't need to do this. I trust you if that's what you're worried about.

"And I choose to do so anyways. My name is Karina Gaarddhoje. Pleasure to work alongside you."

"And I you." I held out my hand and she shook it.

"Beautiful name." Meghan noted in a friendly manner
