After finding a VHS and a letter, the bad guys plus the crimson paw go to investigate An old abandoned toy factory called:
POPPY'S PLAYTIME.
To find some workers who according to the letter is still alive in the building.
But they find that there is...
"I'm Hoppy Hopscotch! Wanna try hopping to the moon with me? On three with me! One, two, three! Heh, didn't get very far did we. Again! One, two, three! Nope, still didn't make it. Listen! This won't stop until we make it to the moon! One, two- No NO! Don't look at your feet! None of that matters! Again! AGAIN! JUMP! JUUUUUUU-" the sounds of the static made them flinch.
"We should keep on moving and let's keep a look out for those things, we don't know when catnap might attack" wolf warns them.
Shark picks up a battery and when they open up a door, they find a VCR and a tape, they play it.
Stupid clunky elevator, what was that Richie? Nothing nothing let's just get this shipment dropped and go, I take it you're it a fan of this place ? Are you? It crawls towards them and wolf shoots it, "it must be one of the smiling critters" wolf says.
"We better keep a look out for them" Diane added.
They finds themselves deep within the Playschool, which is infested by miniature versions of the Smiling Critters who constantly patrol and chase them.
Wolf finds a cutout of boot BearHug: his, I'm Bobby bearhug, wanna know how much I love you? I love you to the moon and back. "I'm crazy about you!" "I'm lost without you...""I've been lost a long time..." "Please, take me with you this time!" You won't leave me, will you!?"
Utilizing the Flare Gun, they heard creepy laughter wolf must counteract a hoard of Smiling Critters dolls while shark drags boxes to two respective buttons to activate the backup generator to the Playhouse.
"Quickly shark we'll keep them busy" wolf hands Diane the gun while he uses the flare gun, they shoot at the smiling critters.
