The Velvet Nocturne Awards have come to a judging conclusion! 🥁
BUT FIRST...a note from Aria! Judging this category was even more challenging than judging the entires for the best prologue. Each cover submitted had so much creativity put into it that I had no idea how to rank them all! I want to thank all participants for giving this category a shot, and if you didn't win, I hope you aren't too bummed!☹️
I had to select covers that stood out to me – stories that I would personally feel the urge to click on when browsing for something new. The winning entries for best cover are entries that I had to consider things like art style, color choice, the way it all meshed together, and how well it matched the theme of the story it was for.
There were so many great options to choose from, but these are the ones that caught my eye and made the Top 3! Congratulations!💜
