today was the day of the 5sos show. via couldn't believe that michael freaking clifford gave her his number. like how could he see that she was trustworthy?
as she got ready for the day, and barely eating breakfast, she rushed to get her phone out.
via: hey, mikey, you said you wanted to hang out?
mikey: well good morning to you too! yes i did! can you meet me at the music shop at 1? i need some new records :)
via: ofc! i'm like a master lmao
mikey: well then, maybe you can pick a couple out for me? i need some new people to listen to :)
via: ofc! i know some!
mikey: well i gotta go, see you later?
via: yeah, see ya, bye <3
mikey: <3
she wasn't casually talking to her favorite band member, and casually wasn't going on a music date with him today.
as soon as the clock hit 12:30, she left to go to the music shop. during the car ride there she listened to 5sos music, specifically the ones where you can hear michael's prominent voice.
pulling into the parking lot at 12:50, she waited for ten minutes ish, before deciding to get out of her car and walk up.
it was now 1:03, and she could see mikey pull into the parking lot. without crystal too. thank god.
"hey via, sorry i'm late, the interview ran a little long."
"no, it's alright mikey, i wasn't waiting forever."
"good, you wanna go in?"
mikey held open the door for her and they walked inside. she went towards the back of the shop, looking through music.
"what do you recommend?" he asked. "here, this one. amazing group and my friend got me into this. he's the real music connoisseur."
"catfish and the bottlemen? who are they?"
"another band that i am obsessed with. try it out, buy it." forcing the record into his hands.
michael gripped the record, looking at it, for what it had to offer. but then he looked up and just listened to via talk music.
he saw her little quirks. like how her eyes light up when talking about music, her smile when she found new music, little nose twitches.
has michael developed feelings for her. he should give her a chance, because he always pushed her away for pictures.
he took out his phone and snapped a couple pictures of via, when she wasn't looking.
"...here have this one as well." she gave him the record.
"the vamps?" he asked.
"yeah, another amazing band, loved them since day 1, just take it. you won't regret it mikey."
and the way she said his name, michael was in literal heaven. he wanted her to scream his name.
hold on michael, don't go to those thoughts yet.
"...and here, take this one. you won't regret it." he looked down and saw that she had given him, alec benjamin.
"who's this?"
"oh, he another favorite of mine. gotta listen to him."
after that, they both went to check out as via had gotten some more records for herself as well. michael swore that he saw her getting one of their albums.
both paid, and before she could leave, michael said, "do you wanna.." but michael couldn't get his sentence out.
"it was nice hanging out with you mikey. hope we can do this again sometime."
"...via..!" he couldn't get out a sentence. she was still rambling and didn't notice michael.
michael didn't know it himself til he did. his legs had a mind of its own and walked up to via. turned her around, and kissed her.
surprisingly she kissed back, but soon michael pulled back, realizing what he just did.
"i-i'm so s-sorry via. i didn't mean to." he was stuttering and rambling.
so via took the invitation to kiss him again. michael didn't pull back this time, and followed through.
she pulled back slowly, "..my place later?" she smirked and walked off.
michael couldn't believe what he just heard.
of course he was going to come over later, no doubt about it.
