"HUHHHHHH?" All might said shocked, confused, and a little disappointed. "Kid what do you mean no i thought you of all people would leap at the chance to get a quirk would take it." All might tells izuku still confused.
"I know that and who wouldn't want the power of all might the number 1 hero. If you had asked me on that rooftop I'd say yes no hesitation but i realized something during the incident earlier." Izuku says calmly without any nervousness in his voice.
Izuku thinks back to the incident and the way he analyzed the situation with what he believes to be his strength. Then remembers Yuu talking to him and impressed by his analysis and even thought of taking a idea or two and said she would hope he sees it in action.
Then izuku blushes slightly at remembering Yuu kissing his cheek. "*Cough* uhh kid you okay your just standing there." All might says snapping izuku out of his thoughts.
"S-Sorry but anyway i remembered what you told me about using your strengths to your advantage but i didnt know what strengths i had." Izuku say while lifting him arm to show the noodle that it was. "Then it clicked." Izuku says.
"What clicked young midoriya." All might asked genuinely wondering. "My strength is this." Izuku says holding out his hero notebook in front of him.

"Your Notebook?" All says while looking on at it. "Yes these are my greatest strengths. Ive made these all my life and only thought of it as a hobby nothing else then that. I maybe could've taken it further if they didnt keep getting ruined." Izuku says with sadnesson on his face.
"Ruined?" All might wonders. "Uhh nevermind that but anyway yes i could accept your offer but then it wouldn't mean anything, it would be me using a crutch to gain power when other people have trained their whole live with their quirks. Thats not what i want at least not anymore. I think you were right i should use the strengths i have and focus on making it the best it can be." Izuku says eyes full of new fire and determination in his heart.
"So thank you so much for the offer all might but ill have to decline i may never be a hero that in the front lines but I'll definitely be the hero that other heros can go to to make themselves the best hero they can be to save everyone, and thats exactly what ive decided to become." Izuku said.
All might flabbergasted at hearing it then smiles and buffs up. "Well young man if thats what you've decided then don't let me force something on you that you don't need. I know someday ill hear about you and be proud at you proving me wrong." All might says before leaping off.
"Well young midoriya i hope that you become the greatest hero that YOU want to be but I'm kinda disappointed that you refused i thoug- no i know could've been the one but looks like you got your own path." All might thinks. "Maybe ill give Mirai a call and ask about the candidate he was hopeful about." All might says. . . . . Izuku arrives home but as he's opening the door a green blur latches onto him and he falls on his back. "IZUKUUUU WHERE WERE YOU I WAS SO WORRIED." inko midoriya says while crying what seems to be a river of tears. "Oh crap i forgot to call mom." Izuku says while sweating.
