MHA : IZUKU THE SUPPORT HERO

My HeadCanon For MHA Ending (MAJOR SPOILERS DON'T READ IF YOUR NOT CAUGHT UP)

Hello everyone I'm just gonna put my headcanon idea out there for what happens after the last page of mha and who I think makes the most sense for izuku to be with. It's not gonna be a short or anything, its just me rambling on who is the most likely due to what happened at the end.

Also new chapter for this fic will be out next week. I already fully got the chapter all written out now its just making it readable and adding punctuation and more details.

MAJOR SPOILERS FOR MHA FINAL CHAPTER IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE SPOILED DONT READ

Okay so if your reading this you know that at the end izuku loses OFA and is quirkless again. Due to this he states that over the 8 year time skip he and his friends haven't been able to keep in touch with eachother. At the very end though All Might gives izuku a super upgraded suit (based off the one all might was wearing of the one he used during his fight against AFO) and izuku basically becomes a quirkless hero.

So I just want to get the obvious out of the way I think that ochaco and izuku are the obvious, but I think that it won't happen due to a few things. First is like I said of them not being able to keep in touch over the 8 years and the high school crushes they had just fizzled out and were just that, crushes. Maybe one of them just realized it due to ochaco being izuku's main best friend and always spending time with eachother, that its obvious that they'd develop feelings for eachother, and izuku may have been embarrassed around ochaco but she was the only girl that gave izuku positive interactions that wasn't his mom in like 10 years and he would obviously get embarrassed due to him not being used to close interactions with a girl his age and immediately develops what he thinks a "crush" is on her.

Ochaco on the other hand definitely did have a crush on izuku and it was obvious throughout the series but like I said I believe that they either dated and it didn't work out or they decided to remain friend's to due to them knowing that they wouldn't be able to spend time together alot since ochaco was a full time hero and izuku wasn't and seemingly worked at U.A. after he graduated.

So could they still be together? Obviously it makes the most sense due to the evidence shown of them but my belief is that they remained friends and eventually the crushes went away with time.

Now onto who I think could be the best pair for izuku, and with the context of the final chapter of the series its pretty much obvious who it is.

Its Mei Hatsume. Now I now it seems like its a biased answer since I think they should be paired with eachother for a long time but with the ending I think it makes the most sense on why he'd paired with mei and here's why.

First Izuku now using the suit will eventually have to get it repaired and as all might said the suit was made with the help of someone from the US (probably Melissa, and you could say izuku and melissa could also be together but due to the distance it wouldn't work and izuku wouldn't fly to I-Island every time or send the suit just to wait for it to be repaired) and hatsume's help. It makes more sense for him to go to mei's support company that she works at to have it repaired and to give her the data all might said the suit was collecting to her to make better repairs. Now due to this izuku will spend alot more time with mei and over time izuku could develop crush on mei. (Also knowing mei's personality I also think that she'd have a radio connected to izuku's suit at all times to check on if the suit is working right and just to tell him if something needs to be repaired due to her monitoring the suit at her lab or something, or just has something new to give him and tell him to stop by so she can give it to him). Anyway izuku's crush on mei could develop over multiple visits and he could come to terms that he's in love with her due to her always helping him now and in the past on his dream of being a hero and quirk or not she's always there for him so he decides to ask her out and they date and blah blah live happily together and he could even pass his suit onto his kid if they turn out to be quirkless too.

Now alot of people say that mei isnt really interested in relationships or just people in general, but I say to that izuku is one of the most interesting people to her and she likes making stuff for him due to his constant quirk evolving throughout the series and even with the suit he wears now it would be interesting to her to make upgrades to the suit to help izuku in every situation, and with him being quirkless now I'd say it be even more interesting to her and more of a challenge to upgrade a suit to protect someone who doesn't have a quirk more than someone who does, because with a quirk she just makes something around that quirk and boom done, but someone without one isn't equipped to deal with any situation and would be more interesting and she'd put more attention into it. Plus with izuku always around she'd wouldn't get bored so when the idea that them dating would keep them together she'd probably just accept even not knowing what dating is.

Though she's grown up so I'd give her the benefit of the doubt that she now at least knows what dating and marriage and making real babies means and I think she'd like to be with izuku just because he's the most interesting to her and he's the only one who actually interacts with her and makes sure she's taking care of herself. (I believe when she gave him his new gloves that worked with air force blast thing he does before the culture festival he asked her if she was gonna sleep or something basically just asking her if she her if she's taking care of herself). Plus I think he's the only person she calls by his real name and his nickname.

Anyway just to summarize if your confused. I believe that izuku and mei would make the most sense for a post manga relationship due to the more interactions they'd have with izuku needing to maintain the suit and that izuku being a grown adult now could tell the difference between a crush and genuinely falling in love with a girl due to past experiences, whether he dated ochaco or not, and mei would most likely be with izuku due to him being around alot and being a very interesting person to make support items for and him showing genuine concern for her if she's not taking care of herself plus he shows off her babies to the world which she would also love.

With that I thank you if you read everything and put a comment if you agree with my logic or you just think izuku and someone else would make more sense or just comment if you liked the ending of MHA or not, in my opinion it was good but definitely left alot of open questions like ships, are we ever gonna see izuku dad or not, will izuku ever reach the top 10 or not with only the suit he has and alot more just some ones I had.

(Doesn't make sense to me at least but I'd like momo to be his next choice after mei if that didn't happen)

Again like I said at the top the next chapter for this will be coming out next week and the next chapter after that will be the week after since I'm now liking writing again just felt like a chore but now I'm getting back to it like I said I'd never want to leave a fic unfinished since it would be awful and just make me seem like a jerk.
