As I let out a breath of relief, I heard a person clapping.
Alya.
I grinned at her, she looked kinda... proud? Well, I personally felt proud of myself. That's for sure.
Suddenly the clapping spread, to Ivan, to Nino, to Juleka, then Rose, then Kim, the classroom was filled with cheering. Even Adrien joined in, a snarky grin on his face.
Everyone was clapping, except for Chloe. I laughed a little as Alya told me how awesome I looked. She even took a video. I refused to watch it because I get embarresed watching myself on a screen. It wasn't really my favorite thing.
This all was an act. A thing to... entertain the apparent audience I was so aware of.

As we walked out of class, people patted me on the back and told me a job well done. Even Ivan thanked me. I just laughed it all off. I was just thinking how Lila Rossi was gonna be for a real treat.
For our next period, they put on the news. They kept on saying how the stonebeings turning back was some sort of miracle. I smiled. But then realized something. I needed to do the miraculous ladybug thing. I would rather do it with Chat Noir but I can't contact him as Chat Noir.
I stared at the screen, the mayor was doing a thank you speech to the person who solved this problem. Little did they know, they were thanking a teenage girl who has no common sense.
I softly chuckled. It was kinda funny.
I decided I'd leave a sticky note on his backpack. It said, "Can you meet me at the top of the eiffiel tower Kitty? -Bug." It seemed secretive enough. Adrien would hopefully get it. And is it technically trespassing, doing this
As I sit on the eiffel tower, waiting for Chat, I notice how pretty the Paris skyline was. In all it's glory. Then, to ruin the moment, I hear a snarky voice, "do you mind if I drop in?" I look up to see a Chat Noir falling right next to me. He landed on his legs.
"So you really do land on your feet" I joke, my eyes a playful glint. My face then turns all serious. "So, the person who helped us. My friend Marinette..."
Chat Noir had a dreamy smile playing his lips, "Oh yeah, she's awesome, and nice and strong and..." He sighed happily, his eyes glittering in the effiel tower's light.
My eyes widened.
Adrien fucking Agreste, you simp!
