At this point I'm unsure about the premise of this story but I'll keep going for those few fans of the story.

How did I manage to find out. Banshee powers had a variety of abilities and side effects. They had caused me to experience, pain, confusion, and insecurity. Part of the reason I had been getting drunk so often and partying was because of these new powers.

The alcohol was my escape from my fear of my powers and numbed sound of voices in my head.

I had been optimistic and tried to distract myself and surround my area with friends because I wanted them to think I was okay.

Not only that but I did know if these powers would kill me, I didn't know what could happen so I wanted to enjoy my recent time.

This whole time I was reviewing my thoughts everyone began to crowd in the area around the area, mouths agape, eyes wide, probably wondering how I found it.

I was just too curious. My feet took me closer to the stump and I was close enough to touch a branch.

The instant I touched it a tingle went through me,the glow coming from the nematod was getting stronger, and it was hurting my head.

"Uh, why is it glowing so bright?" I held my hands to my temple to ease the thickening head pain, while my knees buckled.

It was obvious that nobody else saw what I saw, judging by the way they all watched with expressions of perpetual curiosity.

When I started to scream in pain Malia took action.

She stepped forward and growled loudly at whatever it was disturbing me. Almost instantly the pain stopped and the glowing faded into nothing.

Honestly I didn't know what was happening and I was scared, but this time I felt like crying, complaining about my frustration would do nothing. It would only worry people more.

Malia and Jason helped me to my feet but everyone else wore a look of fear on their faces.

The two of them picked me up and began running away. I looked back to see a strange figure of a woman with a beautiful face but a odd and creepy outlook, there was that glow that shined from her fingertips and forehead. It was only a faint sight but everyone began running behind us, as Scott drew out his claws and fangs and let out an extreme growl that sent the odd creature away.

We were far away from that scene now but even as Jason was running fast with me slung over his back I could still see the whole scene playing out. Then it started to rain, which was strange. It was summer.

All vision stopped when something attacked my face as Jason was running.

It was brown and smacked me hard in the face. My head went back and anger struck through me. I was ready to attack whoever had the balls to smack me in the face during a time like this.

I opened my eyes, only to see that it was a tree branch.

I was ready to attack a tree branch.

After thinking about it for a second I giggled, that sure was comical.

Jason took a quick side glance at me but never stopped running until we got back to the cars.

Jason came to a stop, but didn't think to put me down.

He changed my position so I was being held bridal style in his arms, holding a protective arm around.

I had a clear view of his dripping bicep. I'd never spent much time thinking about Jason's muscles but he was fit.

He had muscular arms and a six pack to match. I could visibly see his abs through his damp white shirt.

If I could compare him to any celebrity I'd say he resembled Nashit from 2 broke girls but with darker hair and slightly more tanned skin, with his own original color of eyes.

The tight grip he held me in told me he was worried about me, and was set on keeping me safe.

I liked the care he had for me.
It made me feel safe, and maybe even love him a little.
Or maybe a lot...

I regretted wearing shorts and a crop top the minute it started raining,I was soaked, and cold. It felt odd, I rarely got cold but since this banshee thing my heat has been uncoordinated.

Everyone else joined us at the cabin and we regrouped into the area.

We all took a quick shake off which really didn't help because we were all soaked, and then got back into the cars.

The drivers were all headed to Derek's loft.

This would be awkward.
