"Who are you?"
Griffin stunned and couldn't respond right away..he is in between to hide or reveal his identity but to give him a feeling of confidence towards him. he decided to unveil himself
"I'm Griffin"
"You?"
"Yes! I'm the one you meet at the party"
"But why I can't recognized you?"
"How...how are you?"
"Huh?"
"I mean how's your wound?"
"Ahhmnn I'm fine"
silence covered the place for a while as one of them tried to master the ambiance..observe each other's gesture and tried to communicate through their eyes.
"Would you mind, if you wanted to join with me drive around the city?"
"What???"
"Ahmm I mean.,I'm a bit bored and lonely driving the city nights and it would be extra fun if..."
Wyatt start his engine and turned at him while smiling
"Make sure, you catch me"
"Hey wait"
Griffin start his engine and follow Wyatt's direction. The two are trying to lead from each other. Griffin was happy because apart from him..there's someone who can relate his excitement.
Contrary to Griffin, Wyatt is a reserved guy, he doesn't have any friends beside his cousin Anisha. He's the type of person who can't trust someone easily. And he felt surprise with himself, he easily give in to Griffin's request.
[He's right! It's more satisfying and fun to drive around the city with Him~ Wyatt]
"Stop! Wait me here"
Wyatt were confuse why Griffin stop at convenience store. After few minutes, he had a plastic bag with cans of beer and snacks.
"Let's go"
Wyatt just followed him without asking him a question. They stop at the city bridge and sitting at the side of the road. He gave him a beer but Wyatt looked at him straight to his eyes with doubt.
"Ohhh sorry! I thought you want to drink with me too"
Instead of answering him, Wyatt accept the can and open it.
"Thanks!"
"It's 10:35pm I stil have time"
"Ahmmnn, are you still okay? we can go home if you want?"
"No it's okay, I still have time to enjoy my birthday..Dad told me to go home before midnight so my curfew valid till 11.59pm hahahha "
"It's your birthday today?"
"Yeah why???"
"ahmm coz it's my birthday too"
"Really? serious?"
"Yeah"
"Then happy birthday bro, I mean...?"
"Wyatt, I'm Wyatt"
"Happy Birthday to us Wyatt"
"Thanks"
"Oh but why you looks a bit gloomy"
"You're the first person greet me today"
"Huh? What about your Parents? I mean your friends, relatives and..."
"We don't celebrate birthdays..specially my birthday"
"Ohhh why?"
Wy looked away and release a deep sigh
