SAN POV:

I stood looking into the mirror. My hair had been tattered and knotted for the past couple of days. The reason was that I was too tired to do anything about it. I know I should, but something in me kept telling me not to.

My face looked distorted in the fogged up mirror. I could already picture Hongjoong-hyung scolding me for taking a long shower, but sometimes I couldn't help it. Everything was sort of like in slow motion. I felt like things went by fast, but everyone else around me was slower.

A knock on the bathroom door sent me out of my trance. Bracing for it to be captain, I slowly creaked open the door.

"Sannie!" A strong pair of arms latched onto my waist. I stumbled back a little, holding onto the counter for support.

"Youngie," I chuckled, patting the younger's black hair. "What are you doing here?"

Wooyoung looked up at me with his muddy brown eyes, making me break out into a smile.

"Joongie wanted me to let you know that we're leaving soon," he told me.

My smile dropped, "How long do you leave in."

"He said once you're out of the bathroom, we're leaving for recordings."

I frowned even more. If we left right after I got out, wouldn't that me mean that I'd not be able to eat breakfast? I mean, I'm sure even if I did, it wouldn't make a difference. Surely, skipping a meal wouldn't be that bad, right? Breakfast wasn't even like a big meal.

"Thanks. Oh hey, Wooyoung!" I caught him by the collar of his shirt. "Tell cap' that I'll be out in five minutes tops."

My soulmate nodded before leaving and closing the door behind him.

I sighed and faced back to the mirror, going through the consequences of showering last. AS quick as I could, I threw on the shirt and sweater I brought into the bathroom with me and put them on. Crabbing the comb that hangs on the wall next to the shower, I brushed my hair while humming the Wonderland chorus.

"On my, my, way~" I sang to myself while combing out my hair. Finally, after a couple minutes it was looking more like hair and less than a rat's nest. I spent the next two minutes brushing my teeth. Leaving the last minute to put my clothes, I wore to bed in mine and Yunho-hyung's room. Rushing to the gathering room, I saw Yeosang; who was putting on his shoes. And Mingi; who was filling up his water bottle.

Everyone must already be in the van's.

"Hyung?" Mingi was looking at me from the sink. "I already filled your bag and water so it was ready for you.  I think Wooyoung might've taken his along with yours."

I nodded and moved next to Yeosang.

"Good morning, Sannie," he smiles, finishing off his shoe lace.

"Morning," I hummed back, slipping on my shoes.

Mingi walked over to the two of us and grabbed something off of a shelf.

"Let's get going hyungs," he ushered us outside the dorm.

I followed the other two outside of the dorms and down the stairs. As I opened the doors to the outside, bright light made my head ache.

"Hyung," I felt a hand resting on my shoulder. "Are you okay?"

I cracked my eyes open, not realizing I had closed them. "Hmm."

Yeosang was standing in front of me, temporarily blocking the light stream. His eyebrows were creased, along with Mingi's.

"Why do you keep looking at me like that?" I asked them, rubbing my head. I tried to focus on anything but the small pressure forming in my head.

They shared a look before shrugging.

"Nothing, Sannie," Yeosang smiled, patting my back.

I winced as he hit my sore muscles.

After a few more awkward glances, we made it to the vans. I headed in the black one with Mingi, while Yeosang went to the right one.

The second I sat down, Wooyoung clung to me like a koala. I smiled and rested my head on his shoulder.

"You're hot," he whispered next to my ear.

"Why, thank you," I smirked, knowing he could see it.

"No, I mean like you're warm, warmer than usual. Are you not feeling well?" He ran his hand through my hair.

Why am I acting up all of a sudden?

"I don't know? I was fine this morning," I bit my tongue from lying.

I rested my eyes closed. My whole body was sore, and my head still hurt. The slow-motion thing was still happening a little bit.

With each bump or pothole, we went over my whole shook. I don't understand  why I am acting like this today. It doesn't make any sense. Everyone in ATEEZ is healthy. The only thing I could think of would be overworking. But I've never overworked myself.

"San, SAN, CHOI SAN!"

I lifted my head from Wooyoung's shoulder. A burst of shock went through my muscles, making me tense.

Hongjoong was looking at me from the rolled down window. His forehead was creased.

"Hyung?" I asked, suddenly feeling worse. Everything felt so awful. My joints felt stiff, and my head felt drugged.

Before I knew it, I could feel tears trickle down my cheeks.

"Oh baby," Hongjoong opened the door to the van and slid in, replacing seats with Woo. He wrapped his arms around me and pulled me to be leaning against his chest. "What's wrong?"

I couldn't bring myself to stop crying, I was hurting, tired, sore, hungry. And Hongjoong wasn't helping anymore.

Hongjoong just stroked my hair and shoulders.

"M'tired an' sore," I mumbled between tears.

"Sannie," Hongjoong turned my head to face him. "I think you're overworking yourself. Think about it. You're always pushing yourself constantly."

"But I need to~" I whined, suddenly getting enough strength to protest.

"Shhh," Hongjoong traced my hairline. "You're okay, baby."

I slowly felt myself calming down. No, San, don't fall asleep. But Hongjoong was so warm and perfect to hug and cuddle.
Slowly, my eyes closed, making all my pain vanish.
