Being a child who somehow manifested in hell who was later than found and taken in by Charlie morningstar with her eventually becoming his legal guardian young Benjamin or simply as other demons tend to call him Bendy is a young chaotic demon who hopes to find his way in a dangerous world learning of the good and the bad that reside in front of him but despite the world he lives in he has a strong bond with the princess of hell as she not only takes him in but she simply raises him as her own

Despite Being the princess of hell Charlie morningstar is known to be the kindest living soul in hell wanting to see everyone around her happy but despite her family's history she deeply cares and sees the good in her kingdom and has hopes that she can save her people's souls from extermination and death especially when she opens a hotel meant to rehabilitate sinners having them redeem their souls in order to cross into heaven

Alastor stands out from many of the more chaotic residents of hell for his well maintained amiable persona as he gives a first-impression of a good-natured and charming man, wearing a permanently wide grin on his face at all times but despite all this he's known as one of the most powerful overlords in all of hell striking fear onto other overlords knowing to never cross him
