Page Twenty-Eight : For Keeps...

𝓚𝓪𝓶𝓲𝓷𝓪𝓻𝓲...

For the first time since I met Izuku...I can honestly say that he wasn't so bad "I always secretly hated going to these events...I used to tell my folks to leave me at home...but when I met Kacchan...I grew to enjoy them..." Izuku explained while taking a seat next to me at our shared table that was somewhat empty...him and Katsuki were waving at Izuku's parents whom were currently exiting the hall with the couples sleeping pups.

I watched as Katsuki turned around and sighed before his eyes landed on Izuku...his expression was one of hunger and lust...I had to turn away from them because the display of affection was causing my own face to heat up and my own insides to coil with want "Hey...don't forget to text me tomorrow sometime...we'll talk a bit more and I'll let you and Eijiro know when you guys can arrive at ours" Izuku whispered before standing from his seat.

He took a few slow steps towards Katsuki before throwing himself within his arms...they embraced for what seemed like hours but was really just a minute or so...I heard the chair beside me squeak and turned my head before smiling softly "I guess they couldn't wait til they got home huh..." I hummed before casting my eyes down towards my lap...I could feel my heart speed up as I thought about Kiri and I in the same exact position.

I know he doesn't feel the same as I do...I've known all along but that doesn't mean that I'll give up on hope...I have to remain positive like Katsuki told me "Yea...It's kinda sweet" I commented before lifting my head and staring at his reaction...I gulped as soon as I did...his blood crimson eyes were fixed completely on me "Yea..." he spoke softly while allowing his eyes to search my features...as if to familiarize himself with me.

His eyes shifted to my lips before venturing back to my eyes in record time...I smiled before allowing myself to purr quietly...I've been aching for him to really see me...I felt like I was finally going to be happy "You going home after this? Or" the open question hung in the air between him and I until I managed to dig up the courage to answer "I was hoping to go back to yours...have a drink or two..." I whispered before allowing our eyes to meet once again.

Eijiro held my gaze before nodding his head once...he said farewell to Katsuki and Izuku before grabbing my hand...from the corner of my eye I saw Izuku palm Katsuki through his slacks before turning to me with a smirk on his face...I laughed loudly before blushing all over when he sent me a wink 'If I were into him...I definitely would have...' I shook my head and smiled while following Ei out of the building.

The ride to Eijiro's apartment was quiet and peacefully blissful...I kept my eyes and my blushing face towards the window...I would take small subtle glances at the Alpha behind the wheel...just to see how he was holding up...to my surprise I managed to catch Eijiro blushing 'God I love his dimples...' I thought while settling on just watching him for the rest of the ride.

Twenty-five minutes later we were pulling into the small parking lot outside of the well groomed apartment complex "It looks so different here in the evening time...less traffic and noise" I whispered as we exited the car and made our way inside his apartment unit...I allowed my mind to wander as I mindlessly followed him towards the first floor of the building...I could smell the nerves rolling off of Ei as we drew near his door.

As soon as the key was turned the door was opened I began to feel my own stomach tie in knots "Make yaself at home...I'll go get us something to drink" he said softly while making quick steps into the kitchen...my eyes scanned the living room...I locked onto the photo of Class 3-A at our graduation 'Come to think of It...I remember seeing Izuku and Katsuki together alot around that time...I should have realized It then...Izuku never really gave Ei a second glance' I thought as I looked at the photo thoughtfully.

When Eijiro rejoined me in the living room he seemed more relaxed...he smiled while taking a seat next to me "Let me know if you want anything else...drink or food...I'm not a great cook or anything but..." he managed to get out before taking a long sip of his beer...I smiled while watching him closely...his hands flexed and relaxed around the cold glass bottle...I watched as beads of sweat rolled down his neck...I was internally dying inside.

I had to pull my eyes away from him before I ended up doing or saying something that would be embarrassing for the both of us "So...s'kind of weird being here huh...given the situation I mean" he said softly before shifting himself until he was facing me completely...I swallowed the lump in my throat while nodding my head...things between Ei and I have been awkward since he caught me in the act.

He hasn't spoken a word about It but I can see It in his eyes...he's curious to know why I kept that part of me hidden and why I felt the need to apologize to him about It...I sighed while pulling my wavy hair into a ponytail and shifting in my seat to face him "Yeah...It is pretty weird...but I am to blame for It feeling that way...I had no idea how bad I was becoming until you showed up at my place...I was so focused on what happened at Katsuki's place...and to be honest...my pride was a bit bruised..." I spoke with my eyes casted upon my lap.

My hands shook as my body trembled as his piercing red eyes bore through me...I closed my eyes and sighed once again before reopening them...when I did though I couldn't help but gasp softly...Ei had moved a few inches in my direction...his knees were against mines...he placed his large hands on my thighs gently...I gulped softly when his face came just a bit closer "It wasn't completely your fault Denks...I should have realized then how you felt...I was so damn blinded...but when I really saw you..." he was so close that I could feel his warm breath against my trembling lips.

Time seemed to stop as our breathes intertwined and mingled...I closed my lidded eyes and took in a huge breath before reopening my eyes "Can I kiss you Kaminari?" I felt my body shiver as I  nodded...giving the Alpha in front of me permission to do with me as he please...the wonderful sensation of having Ei's large arms around me as he devoured my swollen lips will forever be imprinted in my mind...I was hastily becoming a moaning and blissed out mess and he knew It.

I couldn't help but feel like I was finally getting what I deserved...my happy ending.
