I woke up the next morning. Excited yet nervous to see what the news was. If it was good? Bad? Hoping it was good.
I went through my normal morning routine and ran out the door to see what the news was.
"Hey everyone!"
"Hey Chloe." Austin seemed upset. Oh no bad news.
"Oh hey Chloe" Liv is always behind.
"Ok so my dad got the job."
"Well that's great! why are you sad?"
"His new job is in California and we live in new york."
"Oh no" I got so upset. My heart dropped to my stomach it felt like.
"Yeah I'm sorry."
"It's not your fault."
I held out my arms for a hug. He came close and we hugged until the bus came to pick us up. When we got on the bus I asked him when he is moving. He said his parents surprised him and he was leaving tomorrow. It was his last day.
"Aw gonna miss you so much."
"I'm gonna miss you too."
When we got to homeroom I started thinking. If he's leaving tomorrow I should probably tell him I liked him today. So that's what I decided to do. The bell for first period rang.
