10- Marry Me?

Gitangali's P.O.V.
"Aww please tell me,"I whine. "Nope." I give him a kiss on the cheek,"Please?" "Na thanks." "Arre bol na." He lift me up bridal style and kisses me,"It's a surprise."

I fell asleep during the drive, besides, it was seven in the night, my usual bed time. What can I say? I got to bed early and rise early. He parked the car, not far by a cliff where we could see the city. We laid on the hood of the car, held hand and watched the stars. I look down at the city to see the lights had formed 'I Love You'. I smiled,"I know my jaan.," and gave him a kiss. "Look again janu," he says, pointing. 'Marry Me?' I did a double take and even rubbed my eyes,"I'm I seeing things clearly? This isn't a dream?" I look back at Sid and he's holding a ring ,"Gitangali Singhania, will you marry?" Gawd! Is this reality? "Sidharth Malhotra, I will marry you." He puts the ring on my finger and lifts me up.

When I woke up this morning, the first thing I saw was the ring on my finger. I have Sid a kiss on the cheek and got off the bed. After freshening up, I headed for the kitchen. My phone vibrates and I lift it up to see,'Nikhil ka number? How?' I thought. I pick it up,"H-h-hello?" There's laughter,"Thought is was a bhoot?" I frown recognizing the voice- Siddharth Dhawan,"What do you want?" "He laughs again,"You, my jaan. You've gone to Manali with that piece of-" "Stop! I'm not your jaan and you need to clean up your act. And.... What are you doing with Nikhil's phone?" "Nooothing. I just heard that you guys were sent on a little vacay so I thought maybe I could call. Jaan I want you to-" "Sorry not interested," I hung up the phone. My heart races at the thought of what he was going to say. He wants me for his own pleasure. Sid's voice startled me,"Who was that?" "Oh, just someone trying to sell... Stuff," I already know that he was standing behind me minutes before.

Sorry for not updating in ages. And I had to skip to this because I don't know what to write. Doing some last minute studying before I go back to school. I'll probably update 'Sunday' and 'The Fiction Life of Me' tomorrow or when I have time.
