Big Red had gone on a rampage immediately after being freed from the Skib's. However a week later he had still not returned to base to receive repairs or maintenance and steadfastly refused to. Not even Blue could convince him to.

In a private conference room off the Main Hanger shouting was heard.

"Let me go to him and I'm sure I can get him back here. Get Polycephaly to take me, or Crystal! Dammit guys! Both of you know the only thing that hasn't been tried is me! I'm sure I could get him to come back without you guys using Blue to force him to return for fucks sake. The big guys traumatised and needs a willing ear, not more violence, trust me on this. I've seen humans go through something like this before, it's called PTSD and if we don't help his mental state and quickly we might lose him. We still don't know if he's the same as Blue is on the inside, but if he is... then we need me inside of his core and it needed to have been yesterday!" Banging your fists on the table you glare at both Lumin and Bayer in fury. They both look at each other and you get up and stalk out of the room, shoving the door violently open as you leave so it bangs against the wall. Muttering death threats under your breath you spot Darq and Shade talking to some of the engineers nearby. They see you and leave the engineers, walking up to you.

Vex, Darq has a theory and....

"If it's to do with Big Red, go talk to the 2 fuckwits back in there. I'm not allowed to do fuck all in this place. Not allowed to leave the damn base even though I KNOW I could help out there. GOD!" You interrupt Shade as you continue walking past them in a rage. Yup, you were seriously angry even though you knew deep down that all of them were only doing it to protect you, the lone human in the Alliance.

Looks like we need to just instigate Project Drakkhen now Shade. Better to ask for forgiveness after the fact. Shade nodded at her male counterpart and they both split ways, Darq to go get certain equipment ready and Shade to intercept you before you did anything stupid.

An hour later Lumin is searching for you to apologise but you were nowhere to be found, neither were Shade, Darq or Crystal. Rubbing his head casing he knows just what has happened. I hope you know what you're doing Vex, you need to come back to me in 1 piece...

Walking with Shade she steers you towards the armoury. Got a surprise for you Vex, and a favour to ask. You can say no but if your mood is anything to go by, I don't think you'll deny my request. Especially when you see what we have for you. C'mon, Darq's waiting.

"What on earth are you planning Shade? I was about to go ask Crystal if she...."

We're meeting up with Crystal shortly. You need to get your gear on first. Pushing the door to the armoury open Shade points toward the rear of the room where Darq is waiting. He is holding a small jetpack but pointing to a dark pile of clothing.

Get that on first Vex, we're going to get Big Red to come home today. I heard what you were saying to those idiots in that conference room and you are right. He won't come back without a good reason to and if he continues like this he will kill himself through exhaustion. Not sure what you meant about being inside his core but I do know you will be the one to convince him to come home. We need him. What else do you think you'll need? Darq was pretty quiet usually, so for him to say all this was a speech and a half.

Cocking your head you take note of the all black clothing. It seemed the top and pants were reinforced with bullet proof fibres, it was also lined with material to stop you burning if you got caught in any sort of flames. The top also had a hood with built in headphones that fit snugly round your head to protect it. It also had a better receiver system for comms than what you currently had in your ear, and it had a mic so you could speak to others directly over the long range comms instead of just short range. A face plate that could attach to the hood, so you could hide the fact you weren't a Techfolk as it made you look like Shade albeit with a green cone as a face. A tool belt with various gadgets that you could use in doing repairs and maintenance in the field. Sturdier boots then what you were currently wearing, they also had steel toe caps so that would come in handy if you needed to kick a Skib. There was also a long trench coat and black leather gloves that would complete the look. All in all, the outfit was very similar to what Blue looked like with a couple of elements from the other Titans in it. Getting it all on, you realised that it all fit you perfectly. Someone had been doing their research on your sizing.
