Right after back inside the room where Takashi was kneeling as Morita was seeing him that he had much pain from last week, he came there to see his sister while he had his cancer and was back again to his body he was acting so weirdly around the 2nd gen member.

Right after Takashi had to pull Matsuda's left hand as both of them went back from the outside of the studio when the guest member saw that it was Takashi and Matsuda seemed close to each other but it wasn't that close but he hated them by their acting super nice to him before but these time around he wasn't that nice anymore with the 2nd gen member of Sakurazaka46.
Takashi: we'll that good timing for them to see how much pain I have for suffering inside the Mansion with Seki were taken care of me in there shall we Matsuda Rina

Suddenly, one of the guest members went toward Takashi senpai and took out some sharp object right at his body he stepped back from Matsuda as she was saying thank you to her right before Matsuda had to run away from Takashi and ran back to the studio while Takashi has to face her in real-time fight while Morita and the 3rd gen member had to see from the window as her brother was injured on his chest as his blood were dripping from his shirt.
Takashi: ah...that I miss these all things and why did you stab into my chest and why didn't you stab into my freaky heart you, Haruyo!! *turned into badass*
Haruyo: please I didn't want to hurt or try to kill you but it is the one can return to yourself Takashi Senpai
Takashi: well...guess what it won't work for me now Haruyo and here is your thing back as you can feel how much pain I have for suffering too much *pulled out and returned from her*
Without any sound coming from Takashi he threw back the sharp object and later someone was protecting her from getting hurt by the badass Takashi who had suffered his cancer had cancer changed himself into a crazy brother who could do anything without trouble.
Takashi: oh...you could suffer from Haruyo are you, Seki
Yumiko: I returned from your Mansion but I saw that you weren't yourself anymore who are you
Takashi: we'll...it is me now Seki and besides I feel much pain in my chest that Haruyo just stabbed into me with this are you kidding *pressure the blood*
In the meantime, Seki pulled the sharp object from her shoulder while Haruyo saw that Seki was injured just because of what he did to him while she was away from some important jobs some have done it.
Takashi: that sucks you know that right but I better get back inside to see Hikaru *walked weakly*
Yumiko: maybe I should do this I didn't realise that early that you had been suffering this much
Takashi: maybe you should realise that early right before I did suffer for nothing, Seki Yumiko!! *anger between his eyes*
Once Takashi went back into his room Morita and the 3rd gen member rushed toward him and saw that his blood was dried off while Nakashima and Kojima along with Shizuki were cleaning his bloodstained Takashi were crying as loud as they could while Matsuda and Seki could hear him crying inside his room as he went back to his sense that he wasn't himself that hurt the 2nd gen member.
