[Claustrophobia ACT I]
A vent opens from above the entrance to the Playtime Co. building. A large Grabby Gabby doll, about the size of a person, falls out from it and lands on the ground.
"Ohh-! Ow!"
She stands up and rubs her head, moving her rainbow colored hair from her eyes, one of which was stuck partly closed.
Gabby groans and looks around seeing the exit right behind her. This was her goal.
To leave.
To escape
To...
Why was she doing this, again?
As she reached for the door handle, her mind went blank. If she even had one that is.
Gabby turns around and examines the lobby. Wall art peeled away, broken ceiling tiles, dusty and stained floors.
Her silver eyes land on a green tape in the front counter. She looks at her handless wrists and leaves it for the time being, instead heading over to the gift shop.
She looks surprised to see a toy train running from a track above the room in decent shape. Colored green, pink, yellow, red.
Gabby looks around at the empty and not empty boxes, before a thud is heard from the corner of the room, as a stack of boxes fall.
Whipping her head around, she slowly walks towards the boxes and moves them aside, finding a Boogie Bot shivering as it holds its hands over its head.
"A Boogie Bot?"
The Boogie Bot slowly looks up at Gabby with tears in it's LED eyes. Gabby looks down at him with a smile.
"Grabby Gabby?" Boogie Bot questions, his auto tuned voice sounding as if he's about to cry.
"Yes. Are you okay? I apologize if I scared you" Gabby asks, leaning down to try and help him out by moving the boxes out of the way.
"No- no. I was already hiding..." Boogie Bot explains as he crawls out from the stack.
"From what?" Gabby asks as she crouches down to the small toy's level.
"I... I don't know?" Boogie Bot rubs his head in confusion.
"I don't remember why I was up here either. I don't remember anything, actually..." Gabby admits, sheepishly.
"I think I was trying to leave. Do you want to come with me? Maybe there are other toys who will want to come with us." Gabby offers with a kind smile.
Boogie Bot instantly nods. "Yes, please!"
The small robot climbs onto Gabby's shoulder and his LED eyes change to a closed eye happy look.
