Jeremy's pov (pic is Tabitha)

I walked quickly away from my sister and her new friend. I had looked into her lab class as I usually do passing it on the way to the restroom. Today I saw that creeper rub his no good hand along my sisters cheek. I have to admit it has been a while since I was in a good fight and he just asked for the ass kicking of a lifetime. I had hid around the corner ready to pound him. So color me surprised when I didn't. I yelled at her to go away and instead of backing down, instead of cowering like most guys in this school do. He stood up to me. 'I ain't the one with my fist balled up yelling in her face.' To be honest I thought he was joking at first, but I could see it in his eyes, he would have taken a beating for her. Then as I turned the corner I heard him tell her, 'I don't like jerks that yell at women.' Who ever this kid was he at least appeared to have respect for women. He would definitely be on my radar as he hung with my little sister. Heaven help the creeper if he tried anything more then being her friend.

"Took you long enough Jeremy, in fact you barely made it back." The teacher said as I walked into the class five minutes before the bell was suppose to ring.

"Sorry I really had to go." Said when I could blink my eyes and flex and even the female teachers seemed to give into my charm. I smiled and walked over to my angel and set down with her.

"Hey flea." I said to Dana, Felisha's best friend.

"Don't call me that." She said turning to me.

"Sorry Dana, I need you to do something for me." She looked at me through her thick glass frames and blushed a bit.

"What is it Jeremy?" She asked. I knew she had a crush on me, and I knew I could ask her to do just about anything.

"I need a little spy." She looked at me.

"You want me to spy on your sister? I won't do it she is my best and only friend." She answered.

"I would never ask such a thing. I need a spy for the new guy." My girlfriend looked at me as well as Dana.

"What are you up to?" Tabitha gave me a scolding type look.

"Nothing, we will talk about it later." I said looking down and away from her.

"Why do you want me to spy on the creeper?" Dana asked.

"Because your best friend insists on being friends with him. I want to know what he is up to, if he acts the same when others are around as he does around her." I batted my eyes and gave her my best puppy face. She looked away and peeked back at me out of the corner of her eyes. Just then the Bell rang.

"Fine I will keep an eye on the creeper." She said loading her stuff into her bag. I gave her a bear hug and she again blushed then she scurried off to her next class.

"So what is really going on?" I looked at Tabitha as we walked out of the class room. I looked around to make sure no one was really listening in.

"Well I went to the bathroom down the science hall." I began.

"Your poor sister, she is never going to have a social life." She said looking at me with her eyebrows raised and a slight smile on her lips.

"She don't need one she is to smart for these losers." I snipped. "Anyway I saw them in the classroom window. He is her new lab partner."

"So then he is pretty smart himself." She just had to point that out. She was always trying to get me to lighten up a bit on Felisha.

"Well he was making her blush and then he touched her. Needless to say..."I was interrupted.

"You didn't like it." She said.

"No and I waited for him to leave only to see them leave together. I started yelling and bossing Felisha around and he stepped between us." I looked at the shocked look on her face. She knew as well as I did that even most new kids, freshman, whatever were warned about me and my sister. Not a one had the balls to stand up to me, but this guy did. "He stood up for my sister. He didn't like the fact I was yelling at her with my fist clinched, even though I had every intention of hitting him not her."

"What did you do?" Tabitha asked as we now stood at her locker.

"The only thing I could do I walked away, after making sure he knew he was only her friend." Tabitha looked at me.

"You do realize getting Dana involved might make Felisha mad, not only at you but at her." I looked into those blue eyes knowing she was right.

"I know I just, I don't know, you know." I said. She gave me a look and I gave her a kiss on the cheek. We part ways as I headed to history and she headed to math. How could I explain it to her if I didn't quite understand myself. I had been pleasantly surprised by this guy, and my sister's favorite phrase came through my head; 'maybe he is just misunderstood.' I hated when she was right about anything as she was so smart it happened allot, but could she be right in this case? I ran off to class and burst through the door right as the bell rung.

"You do like to make an entrance don't you?" Mrs. Mackery said as I entered.

"Yes ma'am. Sorry." I said looking over at my buddies. Three of my teammates where in the class with me and I walked over to take my seat.

"So what's up with the new kid?" Jason asked. He was my best friend, and tackle. The dude was 5'11" and all of 250lbs a beast of a guy with a heart of gold and always there when I needed him. I guessed he had heard something, but I didn't want to tell him more then he knew.

"What do you mean?" I asked trying to get a hint.

"I heard he talked to your sister on the bus." He said.

"And he is her new lab partner." Another guy said.

"I got eyes on him, I don't mind a few more. My sister insists he her 'new friend', but we shall see." I said.

"That's enough talk, unless you want to write a report on the civil war." We all of course shut up and listened to her lecture. Well I listened as best as I could my stumach started growling midway through and I couldn't wait until lunch. Food and time with my girl, it was the best time of the day for me.
