Bella's POV
I wake up the next morning in Carter's apartment. He had disappeared out of bed already it seemed. I look at my phone and see the time. It was 11am.
Just in a few days, I had my fashion show and I felt prepared. Worked extra hard and when Carter stood me up, I joined Selina who was already out. I felt like I wasnt his priority but it was good to see him just drop everything and come find me.
I shower and get myself dressed in Carter's tshirt that fell just above my thighs. That would do for now I guess. I find myself downstairs and see Carter and his friends around the table having breakfast.
"Good morning." Ivy says seeing me first. Carter looks up and pulls out the chair next to him as he looks at me wearing his tshirt.
"Hey." I say as I sit down. He looks at me and smiles before he pressed a kiss against my lips. He smelt like fresh pastries.
"Hello troublemaker." Jackson says to me and I smile at him innocently.
"Me? Never." I tell him and he chuckles. "I have the biggest headache." I sigh as Carter hands me a coffee. "Thank you."
"I have to go to work." I say looking at Carter. The rest were all busy in their individual chats and loudness. I wonder where they even slept. I know this place has three bedrooms and is big but damn.
"In this?" He asks smirking. "No I am going home first." I tell him pushing his face.
"You think you are so smart." I tell him and he chuckles. "I have a few things to do for the fashion show."
"Are we invited?" Billie asks. I look across the table where she was pulling apart a croissant. Her curls everywhere, I could barely make out her face. Fresh faced, she wore a massive hoodie.
I decided I wasn't Billie's biggest fan. She was all over Carter that night. But then I have seen how all the boys treat her; like one of the boys almost. They play fought, held on to each other and were very touchy. Ive seen her on Robbie's back yesterday as he was spinning her round. So maybe be less of a bitch Bella.
"Ofcourse." I tell her. "Didn't know you were into fashion." I tell her. She gives me a funny look for a second but composed herself again. "Robbie is more into fashion than I am." She says as they laugh.
"Can I not look good?" He says
"Ivy and I are going for dinner tonight with my older sister." Billie says to me. "You should join us. Girls night. Theyre going to watch a basketball game." She tells me and I look at Carter who nods. "We can hang out get to know each other better since this is the real deal." She says looking at Carter.
"Yes. That sounds fun. Sadie got us into Levereux." Ivy says. "I love that place." I tell her. I liked Ivy to be honest and maybe I have misjudged her? "Is Sadie your sister?"
"Yep." Robbie says looking at Billie. "Shes a year older than me. You hanging out a lot with Sadie recently."
"Well she came back from New York with a brand new attitude." Billie tells him. I sense a story here.
"Is she single?" James asks smirking. "You feeling suicidal?" Robbie says. "Ill kill you?"
"Please dont?" James says as Robbie laughs.
I leave after an hour and get myself home and dressed properly. I head into the office for a while as I sort through the last minute things. Models were doing their run throughs and check ins.
Ivy messaged me the time and place again and I make sure to go home and get ready and dressed. I wore a dark navy blue dress that had no sleeves or straps. It was tight and was just above my knees. I wore matching coloured heels and let my hair loose in a middle part in waves.
