Natasha's POV.
Natasha was pretty sure Landon was either hopped up on something or close to overdosing on caffeine. Lillian was talking to Sofia while Natasha and Landon were walking behind them.
Landon was ranting about what he was going to do at Camp once the quest was over.
"Do you think the Hermes' cabin will celebrate our return?" Natasha nodded."Obviously! We'll probably be gone for over two months! Of course, they'd have missed us!" She scoffed, linking her arm with Landon's. He suddenly paused, dropping his bag and beginning to dig through it.
"What are you doing?" Natasha asked, calling out to Sofia and Lillian to wait up. Landon looked up, now holding up a disposable camera. He brandished it like a crown.
"I knew I had it on me!"Natasha held it as he zipped his bag back up, slinging it over his left shoulder. She smiled when he explained how it worked.
"Landon, I know how a camera works."He nodded, Sofia and Lillian a bit further in front of them now. He jogged a bit to catch up to the other two. Lillian was leading them away from the city, heading to the seaside.
"The beach is about a four hour walk away." Lillian said, Landon complaining profusely when she spoke.
"Why does it have to be so far away?" Sofia shrugged, Lillian adjusting her bag as she did."I'm just waiting for this all to be over so I can go back to camp." Natasha grinned, wide and evil.
"What? So you can see your little crush?" Sofia's cheeks went slightly red, swatting at Natasha slightly."Shut up! I don't like him! He's just... a guy I know." Natasha hummed, Landon laughing into his hand as she did.
"Yeah, whatever you say." Sofia scowled, turning back to the front, Lillian having rolled her eyes and continued walking when Natasha brought up Cassian. She vaguely wondered what her cabin was doing at the moment. She ignored it, choosing to strike up a conversation with Landon instead.
"Do you think Sofia likes him?" Landon nodded, pointing his camera at Lillian and Sofia in front of them."Oh, abso-fucking-lutely!" He grinned wide, taking a photo and rewinding the camera as he spoke. He tucked the camera away. "Twenty-one photos left."
The group walked for a while, eventually taking a break when Sofia demanded that they go into this Greek restaurant she'd seen before. Natasha and Landon had snagged them a booth in a far corner, placing their bags down as they sat.
Natasha picked up a menu as Landon dug through the tiny basket of condiments and wooden cutlery in the middle of the table.
He poked her with one of the wooden forks. Natasha made a noise of mock offence. "How dare you!" She snapped her fork and got into a fight with Landon, poking each other as they wrestled on the booth.
Sofia and Lillian sat back down, having ordered what they wanted at the front.
"What are you two getting?" Sofia asked, removing her bag and placing it under the table. Landon kept his fork as Natasha put hers on the table. She glanced at the menu, picking something random. "A yemista. If that's how you say it." Sofia nodded at her pronunciation. Lillian was checking the map, reading over, and plotting points on it.
Sofia asked Landon what he'd wanted, and he shrugged. "Do they sell drinks here?" He pulled one knee up, resting his head on it as he poked at Lillian's hand with the wooden fork.
"They've got Sprite, something I can't pronounce without making Sofia mad, Coke, and Diet Coke." Landon hummed, fiddling with the fork as Lillian swatted it away.
"I'll get a Diet Coke." Sofia nodded, getting up to order their food. Natasha frowned a bit. She then asked Landon,
"You getting anything to eat?" He looked up, a small grin on his face.
