As Roxy and I went back to Gator Golf I did my best to fill her in on what was happening.

"So all the others had hacking chips in them making them want to kill you and that's why we were all supposed to be after you?" Roxy's ears had drooped early on in the story and showed no signs of going back up. A sign I remembered means dogs, and various other animals, are upset.

"Yeah. That's the broad version of it."
As we approach the debris of the fallen catwalk I can hear sniffling. Taking a deep breath I call out.

"Lucky? Are you there?" The effect is immediate. I let out a small "Oomph!" as Lucky tackles me into a hug while sobbing.

I gently pat her back. "There there, it's going to be ok. C'mon, we have to help Roxy take Monty to Parts and Services to get fixed ok?"

Lucky shoots up and stares at Roxy, who gives an awkward wave in response.

"...hi I'm Lucky and this is kitty." She holds up her stuffed cat with a small smile.

Roxy grins. "Kitty looks like a fast driver! We'll have to race later."
For someone who everybody passes over Roxy is really the best at childcare...aside from the daycare attendant.

I've been following Evan for a while now. Apparently he doesn't know where Lucky is but can sense her energy or something. He can also sense the dancing rabbit lady who we had a near run in with.

She's not dancing anymore, and parts of her costume look charred so I assume she got a Rory special.
Suddenly Evan stops and frowns, then shoots off towards a door labeled staff only.

"Hey! Wait!" I race after him and realize we're now in the tunnels Freddy led Lucky and I through at the beginning of the night. With all the running and hiding we've been doing that feels like ages ago.
I quickly hide before rounding the corner.

There's a crouched glitchy form in the middle of the hall.

Evan and I stare at it as the glitchy cover starts to go away and I gasp.
Rory shoots up and whirls to face my direction, looking simultaneously pissed and sick to her stomach.

"Who's there!?"

"You do the glitchy stuff too? Does Lucky know? Are you working with the rabbit b*tch!?" The questions tumble out of my mouth before I can stop them and she glares at me.

"Yes, yes, absolutely f*cking not." She responds and turns to stare at Evan in confusion. "...Goldie? That you? Err...half of you?"

I stare at them both in confusion as Evan nods. "Surprised you recognize me like this. I'm not normally in this form."

Rory shrugs. "Your eyes as a ghost are the same as they are in the suits. I noticed that with Charlie and the others too so I took a wild guess."

"What are you both talking about?" I ask. "Stuff from before Lucky and I came here, forget it." Rory answers in a clipped voice.

"We need to meet up with the others. With any luck they'll be at Parts and Services by now."

Rory starts to hobble off down the passageway. It confused me until I noticed liquid being left where she walked.

"Hey! Slow down! You're bleeding!" She tilts her head in confusion. "...ok and?" How is this girl not concerned about her health!?

"Look, there's a med kit in Parts and Service ok? We can see to my wound then, so let's GO." She grabs my arm and starts dragging me faster down the hall.
