Five years later...
"I can't believe he waited five years to propose to you, Aria, and here we are on your wedding day, getting married before your own best friend," Ellie exclaimed, assisting me as I slipped into my dress.
"I know, but I wanted to be sure. He had to earn my father's blessing, and he respected that. He mentioned wanting to marry me sooner, but understood our relationship was still new, especially to me," I explained, admiring myself in the mirror. A gasp escaped me as tears welled up in my eyes at the breathtaking sight.
"You look stunning, Aria. You chose the perfect dress," Ellie complimented, her own eyes glistening with emotion. I embraced her tightly, expressing my gratitude, careful not to ruin my makeup. A knock interrupted our moment, followed by my father's familiar voice. "Are you girls decent? It's time for the wedding."
Excitedly, we confirmed our readiness, and I grabbed my bouquet, exchanging a smile with Ellie. "Let's do this," we echoed in unison. Stepping outside, I saw my father gazing at me with love and pride. "You look amazing. My sweet little girl is getting married, I can't believe it," he remarked, enveloping me in a hug before taking my hand. "Are you ready to say 'I do,' soon-to-be Mrs. Crawford?" he asked, his eyes shimmering with unshed tears, to which I nodded, feeling a wave of emotions as the ceremony awaited."Do you take Aria Grace Parker to be your lawful wife?" the man who raised Aria inquired; his voice filled with emotion as he officiated the ceremony. Zach, standing before him, nodded solemnly before declaring, "I do," his eyes reflecting his deep commitment and love for Aria.
As the moment turned to Aria, Mason repeated the question, this time with the word "husband." Aria's response, her voice filled with joy and tears of happiness, was a resounding "I do," sealing their vows with unwavering devotion.
"The bride and groom now wish to share their vows," the officiant announced, signaling a moment of reverence for their promises. Zach, visibly moved, took a shaky breath and retrieved the paper with his heartfelt words. "My sweet Aria, from the moment you stormed into that meeting, your presence lingered in my thoughts, stubborn and unforgettable. I'm grateful I couldn't shake you off, for in that persistence, I found love. I wouldn't change a single thing about our journey together." Zach says with tears falling a little as he wipes them away.then it was arias turn to recite her vows. " zach since day one i thought you where stubborn and im glad to have met you even when you where an ass but i wouldnt change it. when we went to rescue my father and you got hurt... i almost died when i saw he shot you cause losing you was losing me" aria states taking a deep breath as her tears start to flow down her face. " but when i saw you where not hurt like i thought i knew i had to tell you the words i love you not because i thought i had lost you but because i truly meant it and i knew in my heart i did when you kissed me that day and for that i hope that we spend forever with one another cause i really do love you and i cant wait to spend forever with you." aria finishes and the guest have tears flowling down thier face along with zach " i now pronounce you husband and wife you may kiss the bride" mason manges to say with his eyes now watery and they both kiss with a heated passion like no other as they both tell one another how much they love one another with thier lips
“ do you take aria grace parker to be your lawful wife?” the man who raised aria stated who wanted to marry them says. Then zach nods his head before saying “ i do” he says and then mason turns to aria and says the same words but with the wife changed to husband. “ i do” aria says as her eyes start to water with happiness. “ the bride and groom want to share a few words aka their vows so a moment of silence please” he nods his head towards zach and zach then shakingly grabs the paper he wrote his words on “ my sweet aria ever since you charged into the meeting i couldn't get your stubborn ass out of my head but im glad i couldn't cause i fell in love with you and i wouldn't change a thing” he finishes.
