She screams for someone to see how lonely she is.
She screams for someone to care.
Screams for someone to help.
Someone to realise that she is near death.
She screams to get her family to realise the struggle she has, for someone to care for her feelings.
Constantly silenced for trying to speak, she'll get tired and eventually admit defeat.
Knowing that she is a burden, why not go? Because she knows she'll be found.
Doesn't harm herself, doesn't speak to anyone. Doesn't want to be the cause of the trouble they could be in.
