Chapter 8

Marilynn's pov

It's been a few days since Brad and I had that talk, I couldn't be happier that he stopped talking to me. I was still wearing slutty clothes, they were somewhat starting to get a little comfortable now. I don't know if that means I'm turning into a slut on the inside of not but I'm hoping not.

I especially like the thongs their easier to put on but the only set back is that the line goes up in my butt crack- that is just uncomfortable. "Who wants to go to a party Friday" Darren asked sitting at the lunch table. "Not me" I stated "awe why not" he whined "remember what happened the last time I went to a party" I stated.

Darren had a thoughtful look "well what if you stay with either Brittany or me and we'll watch you" he proposed "my answer is still no- I am not going to be going to another party for a very long time and I mean it" and I really did. It wasn't that I didn't enjoy the last party- it was just how it ended, that was what I didn't like it want this time. "Please Marilynn don't you just want to have for just a little while" I almost gave in- almost- but I didn't. "Oh, well I'm not going and that is that" I said finality in my voice. I knew I was stubborn but I didn't care. There was absolutely no way they were going to get me to go to another party after what had happened last time, I didn't think so. "Come on Marilynn loosen up a little and have some fun. You never know Brad might not be there and if he is then he should have his girlfriend there with him and if not you could stay with Darren or me like he suggested" Brittany said trying to persuade me. "It's not going to happen and that is final".

Brad's pov

My best friend Ryan invited me to go to his party on Friday and I was not about to miss it. I was going to bring Maddie with me so nothing bad happened and I was going to make sure nothing did but first I just had to ask her to come with me.

"Maddie do you want to come to a party with me on Friday?" she thought about it for a few seconds before giving me an answer "sure, why not". I was pretty happy it wouldn't be that fun it she didn't come with me. We would officially be going out for two months next week and since I cheated on her and put her through hell I thought I should surprise her and take her out on a date.

I hadn't talked to Marilynn in a couple of weeks ever since her brother and I had a talk I haven't really seen her that much. But I think it is for the best or at least for me it was.

Darren's pov

I've had a huge crush on Marilynn since I first met her but I haven't told her yet. The only person I told and knows is Brittany only because she saw me staring at Marilynn in class when she wasn't looking. Of course me being Captain Obvious I didn't try to hide my stare and was lucky enough to know that only Brittany saw me. I planned on telling Marilynn how I felt just not now, that was the main reason why I wanted her to go to the party with me as my date even though she didn't know she would be going as my date. I was planning on telling her I liked her if she had accepted to go to the party with me but since she declined I have to figure out another way to tell her.

I finally convinced Marilynn to come to the party with me but only under one condition. That it was only going to be for one hour no later than that. I was very nervous and I didn't really know how I was going to tell her.

"Marilynn I need to tell you something" I finally said. "What is it" she asked I took a deep breath then exhaled. " I know we haven't known each other that long but I really do like you a lot. I just never really had the courage to tell you so I'm telling you now".

She looked at me shocked but didn't say anything for a couple of minutes. Her response was turning around and walking away.
