He loves her so much because she is the reason he is living now every day he takes her to the office with him and has created a nursery for her there so that she won't be tired and he used to keep an eye on her every 10 minss.... And 5.00 kartik and kiyu used to go to the babies park and enjoy there playing for a while and go back home till 6.30..... after changing into comfy clothes both used to go to their lifeline naira in her room that is the kaira room(kartik sleeps with kiyu in her room cause he can't handle himself seeing his naira in this state) and talk to her for sometime and go have dinner and sleep kartik sings lullaby or reads story for kiyu every night. This was their daily routine.... And kartik doesn't talk to family much for some reason which you will know later....
