It was a day after the Era Meteor Shower as the party was seeing me off. "Well then, I'll be leaving", I said, looking at them. "What are you going to do after this?", Himmel asked. "I'm going to continue gathering magic spells. The plan is to travel around the central lands for the next hundred years or so. Well, I'll come and visit every now and then."
20𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿
It's been... twenty years I suppose ever since I last see my party. I was walking through the forest as I sense a massive amount of mana near me. Could it be a demon?
"𝘼𝙝... 𝙈𝙮 𝙙𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙗𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙙..."
I heard a voice as I turn around to see... a mirror? That's weird... I've never seen a mirror infused with mana before.
"𝘼 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙮 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙣𝙤𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙛𝙡𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧..."
Somehow, I feel drawn to it as I took a step closer to inspect it. Instead of my reflection, I saw green flames.
"𝙏𝙧𝙪𝙡𝙮, 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙤𝙨𝙩 𝙗𝙚𝙖𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙛𝙪𝙡 𝙤𝙛 𝙖𝙡𝙡."
"𝙈𝙞𝙧𝙧𝙤𝙧, 𝙢𝙞𝙧𝙧𝙤𝙧 𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙬𝙖𝙡𝙡"
"𝙒𝙝𝙤 𝙞𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚..."
I closed my eyes as I saw a carriage being pulled by a black horse. I'm feeling sleepy...
"𝙏𝙝𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙬𝙝𝙤 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙜𝙪𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙙 𝙗𝙮 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙙𝙖𝙧𝙠 𝙢𝙞𝙧𝙧𝙤𝙧"
"𝘼𝙨 𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙙𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙨..."
A hand appeared on the mirror as something urged me to take it.
"𝙏𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙞𝙧𝙧𝙤𝙧"
Instead of a solid surface, I found my hand being sucked into the mirror.
"𝙁𝙤𝙧 𝙢𝙚.
𝙁𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙢.
𝙁𝙤𝙧 𝙮𝙤𝙪."
"𝙒𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙧𝙪𝙣𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚."
"𝙉𝙤 𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩, 𝙣𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙡𝙚𝙩 𝙜𝙤 𝙤𝙛 𝙢𝙮 𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙙."
I felt lightheaded before I lose my consciousness.
