Third-Person Point of View

When the president finished his speech, everyone stood up to clap. Media went to the players for interviews, and some other senior players congratulated the new ones.

Whilst everyone was busy socializing, a certain person who never liked people was on one side of the room.

Sakusa Kiyoomi roams his eyes looking for a particular person but can't seem to find a sight of her. So when he couldn't, he ran outside the event, trying his luck if he could catch up with her.

As soon as the doors opened, he roamed his eyes on the parking lot, by his right side, trying to locate a woman in her white blazers and blush pink trousers and white stilettos. But to his dismay, there was no one.

As he turned to his left, there she was. With a phone to her ears, staring directly at him.

"I will call you back later." She dropped the call and immediately bagged her phone. All while Sakusa Kiyoomi walked step by step closer to her.

"Uh hi." Nervousness and shock can be heard in her voice, because this is not exactly how she wanted him to see her.

"What are you doing here? Is the event done?" She once asked again. Sakusa stopped walking as soon as a certain amount of space was there between them.

But instead of answering her, he said, "Are you clean?"

Amidst the shock, Kiara nodded even though she knows the last time she sanitized her hands was after going down the stage.

As soon as she nodded, Sakusa crossed the gap between them and immediately hugged her.

Sakusa is a tall man, standing 6 and 4 feet. But so was Kiara, on her 4 inch stilettos, she stands 6 feet.

Kiara can feel her whole face flush from the sudden kinship.

"I thought you ran away again." Kiara heard him whisper. She was stoned to her feet as Sakusa broke the hug. For a second, Kiara missed the warm feeling from his hug.

"How can I? I'm here to accompany my brother." Kiara joke, trying to make the atmosphere a little bit lighter.

"That was your brother right there?" Sakusa asked, pointing behind them where the entrance to the gym was. Kiara nodded.

"Right, you never had the chance to meet him, he was always with my brother."

Then the long silence. Kiara can't seem to fathom the silence and thought of something to say before things get more awkward than everything already was.
