"a curious thing"-𝙀𝙉𝘾𝙃𝘼𝙉𝙏𝙀𝘿 𝙁𝙊𝙍𝙀𝙎𝙏-
𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙈𝙄𝙎𝙎𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝙔𝙀𝘼𝙍Just a few short months later of enjoying their newest addition to the family, Ella and Kit were summoned back to the castle by Snow White and the Evil Queen. The Wicked Witch visited them earlier that morning and had turned Princess Aurora and Prince Phillip into flying monkeys.
She threatened her return once their baby was born to steal it, but gave no reason as to why. The castle guards greeted their king and queen as they walked through the castle halls.
Ella and Kit wore black and red matching outfits, and their baby was wrapped in a dark blue blanket woven by the Blue Fairy. Kit held his son in his arms and paused just before the council room's door.
"I wished we'd introduced our son to our family under different circumstances," Ella says.
"As do I," Kit replied.
Everyone's voices became hushed when Ella and Kit walked into the room. The first thing Ella noticed was how much Snow's stomach had grown. The bubble the fairies placed the house in made it feel like days for Ella and Kit, yet to the others, it must've been longer.
Everyone's eyes were not only focused on the Mills couple, but the small bundle Kit held in his arms. Robin was the first to realize who Kit was holding.
"Where the hell did you get a baby from?" Were the first words that came out of Regina's mouth as she watched a tiny hand reach for Kit.
Millions of questions ran through her mind. She just hoped her son wasn't twisted enough to steal a child to give to the Wicked Witch. Everyone, except for Robin, shared the same look; confusion.
"From myself. He's our son," Kit replied to his mother and he and Ella took a seat at the table. Realization hit Snow.
"When it was only you that came, it was because Ella was pregnant?" She asked. Her younger brother nodded in response.
Ella chimed into the conversation. "I was pregnant the entire time. We wanted to keep him to ourselves before we introduced him to you all."
Their happy moment died down when the topic as to why they were summoned was brought up. Kit was quick to reply, stating that the fairies found nothing to aid them on how to defeat the Wicked Witch.
The Gold Fairy had left for a pressing matter that needed her attention, or she would've been quick to find something herself. Even the Wicked Witch was more powerful than the fairies. Snow White rests her hands in her stomach.
